Good and nice customer service
As someone who doesn't understand German (I'm Dutch and live in Holland) I was still able to understand everything due to the clear website.
com2you-biwak has literally the cheapest prices of the entire Europe!
If you got questions they'll answer you quick, through email or Instagram DM.
So I was looking for a ninja-to (ko-katana) and all the sword in Holland were so expensive and out of stock. Luckily com2you-biwak had it very quick shipped out to me.
it was within 1 week (pre-order) so I am happy.
