Wish i had read the other trustpilot review before dealing with this company.
Paid for goods via bank transfer which i now know is a mistake as it removes buyer protection, they shipped the goods but for some reason the goods were returned to them by the courier.
Tracking shows the dispatch, almost reaching me but then returned.
I contacted them and they confirmed the goods had been returned, i have requested a refund and my messages have been ignored.
I have contacted my bank who say that bank transfer does not offer the same buyer protection as a credit card, they have opened a charge back request with the sellers bank and im waiting yo see if i can get my money returned but they say its not guaranteed unlike a credit card payment which would be fully protected.
My bank advised that any business wanting payment by bank transfer is best avoided as it considerably reduces buyer protection and they consider any business asking for payment this way to be a potential scam.
Avoid this company.

Was making a purchase on the 14th August on duke.de when i receive an email for payment in german which i assumed was from the site above and which i duly paid.

After a while i receive another email from the original company (Duke) , for payment which after checking i noticed that the first payment was to another company i had been checking and comparing prices with by the name of colt1911.de or colt1911.eu.

I immediately sent them an email explaining the reason why i sent them the money but no one responded. Day after i receive an email that the shipment was shipped and that i would be receiving the tracking number once the item arrives in my country which is a lie as they had not even notified DHL at the time.
I again sent them an email in which they again lied about shipping the parcel but in a subsequent email, they suggested that cancelling the order would cost as they said. I replied by how much but no one responded.
An hour later i get the DHL notification that they will pick up my parcel from Colt1911.eu later so they had the parcel all along. They also wanted me to cancel this review if i wanted my money back which gives a clear idea of the sort of people I'm dealing with.
I've already notified my bank re. chargeback/ recal and needless to say, that parcel will be going back if they ship it since i have 14 days to return it. ( as at today. 14th Sept , parcel has not shipped despite being paid for )
I have all copies of emails between myself and colt1911.eu or colt1911.de so anthing i said can be verified.
Truly disgusted with these guys and i hope you don't get treated this way.

below from Wolfgang Jehle is from the owner of colt1911.eu so anyone can come to their conclusions and see who they're dealing with.
Needless to say this review has been reported as it's not impartial and dosen't present an indication of a real transaction.
Silke Kiefer has now began threatening me as well to remove this review if i want a refund which i won't.

Tried one last time to sort things out amicably by agreeing against my better judgement to delete this review which i did only for Wolfgang or whoever it is to ask me to apologise to Silke for not sending my stuff. Unbelievable.
You wouldn't believe these guys unless you saw the emails.
Bank today promised to sort it out so this review stays.

So, last update. Bank agreed to a payment recall since original payment was by bank transfer. Got a full refund but unfortunately no thanks to Colt1911.eu or Silke Kiefer and Wolfgang Jehle since they did everything to delay or hinder what could have been a normal transaction. Never again Colt1911.eu / colt1911.de.
You deserve to be treated as you treat your customers.

Avoid this company at all costs. Definitely not to be trusted
