Incompetent
First they sent me the wrong toner cartridges. They didn't fit and the label did not have my Epson printer on it. OK. I had to call them several times to discuss this matter, because they didn't return my calls. Then they had me return the cartridges--and they sent me the wrong cartridges again! I had to hound them again for a week before I could get someone on the phone to discuss it. I sent them pictures proving that the cartridges were the wrong ones. They wouldn't admit that they sent me the wrong cartridges. Now I have to go through the process all over again. Their shipping department has problems. But the quality of their Customer Support Department is inexcusable.
