Ordered a turquoise dress for my wife. It came wrapped like an American football, they used a half a roll of packing tape which made getting the dress out of the packaging tedious and almost like a delicate surgery.

The dress was scrunched up and full of wrinkles, the dress was ruined from the shipping. I reached out to customer service with a photo of the packaging and their response was asking me to have it ironed locally. Yes we paid for a dress that now requires more money invested to see if it can be saved.

Do not waste your money here. Buyer beware! Zero customer service, zero respect for your purchases.

The colors are not even close to matching on the site. I had my bridesmaids order from here and their dresses looked red not purple. When we tried to have them return they told us that we would have to pay even higher return shipping compared to the initial shipping we already paid. Seller tries to make a deal with you because the real catch is that they do not truly do returns. They told us to take $30 and then we could try to resell the dress ourselves on eBay and get more money. Seller will do anything and everything to get out of doing a return. So when they say 14 days to return they mean 14 days to get half of your original cost back or less. Do not trust seller as they are very sneaky. One dress did not even close properly. Awful design and stitch work.

I had one minor issue (not their fault) where one of the bridesmaids had measured themselves wrong, and they still were so helpful and amazing through the process! Helped me get the dress in as little as 2 weeks due to it being so close to the event! Super thankful for them!! I have no idea how to add a photo, but when I figure it out I’ll add photos! For now, it is my profile picture!

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s graduation and was very happy with it. I ordered a size bigger than what she needed and it fit her perfectly. I was worried it would not arrive on time so I emailed them and they answered me back promptly. I was happy with their product and customer service.

I'm happy and satisfied with the gown I ordered! You need to order one size bigger than your current size and it'll still fit! I swear! Will surely order next time. Thanks very much Color Bridesmaid Team!

I have purchased two dresses from colorbridesmaid.com in three years. Both dresses were made to my specific measurements. I was able to add straps and a sweep to one dress for no additional cost. I was also able to order a wrap for both dresses for a small additional fee. I’m very please with the service, the dresses and quick shipping. I received both ordered within fourteen days. I would highly recommend and will be ordering again. It’s okay to take a chance, they will do a great job. Thank you

Last August (2020), my best friend got married. Prior to the ceremony, she asked me to be her maid of honor. She researched the companies that carried bridesmaid dresses. Her mom selected a dress style from this site (ColorsBM) for me and suggested I order from them, which I did.

I was unsure - with the pandemic going on - whether the dress would arrive in time before the August date, but the representatives reassured me it would. I ordered it around mid-April and it came by the indicated May 2nd date.

I was genuinely impressed by the customer service provided by this company. The representatives were pleasant, knowledgeable and guided me about the custom dress feature. I asked so many questions, but they remained

When I received the dress, it was exactly as it was on the site and I loved it! The color was accurate and the custom fit felt amazing. The material was also very nice. It didn't feel cheap or heavy. The only "complaint" or rather observation I had was that little hook on the back of the dress would come undone.
Other than that, I felt the dress was well made.
The company is worth purchasing from again!

I purchase a dress for a wedding ($72.50) ; and the dress was to small for me, I asked for a refund and was told that the dress would have to be shipped to Zongguantang Street, Gusu District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, 21500, China and the amount to return in postage will be in the amount of US Dollars $67.00. I would not recommend anyone to use this site or this company. You get the dress from a United States address and when it is time for a return it has to come from China.

Customer service was very quick & responsive to all my questions & suggested I send additional measurements because of my unusual build. I followed their suggestion & the dress fits me well. Never thought I could get a custom made dress for such a good price

One of my bridesmaids ordered her dress. She never received the dress or any tracking info. I then stepped in and contacted them , I was given two tracking numbers , both showing delivered. We never saw the dress, and 23 days later still no dress. Do not order from these people. Now fighting for refund. I left 4 messages on the number listed and never got a call back.

Had my bridesmaids order their dresses from here. Followed their recommendation to do custom sizing for each person. They requested several measurements and then after my girls purchased, a follow up email was sent requesting MORE measurements. You would think with all of this information my friends dresses would fit, but you would be WRONG. They contacted the company and were told there was no time to have the items shipped back to them to be altered and that they would have to find someone local to alter the dresses and they would reimburse up to 40% the cost of the dress. Well, alterations cost more than the total cost of the dress, so that was not going to work. Their next offer, ship back to China for $35 shipping for them to fix (somehow there is now time to do this) and then $35 to ship it back from China. Yeah right! Their final offer, pay $50 for another dress. Now in what world would anyone pay any additional money to this company after all of this? Absolutely horrible customer service and no possible resolution for my friends who purchased these dresses. Steer clear of this "business" at all costs.

I had a great experience with ColorsBridesmaid! All us bridesmaids ordered on the same day and they made sure we were all together and made sure our colors were all correct and the same and our sizing was right! Dresses came pretty quick! They are quick to respond to messages and want to help out in any way possible!

The communication at this company is unlike any other with which I have dealt. They reached out to me to make sure my measurements were accurate, double checking when they saw discrepancies. They wanted to know how many dresses were going to be needed for the event so that they could make sure all the dresses matched exactly. When I wanted them to hold off a month to make the dress, they were completely chill with that. Once I gave them the ok to go ahead and make it, they got it to me very promptly.

Only thing is, the dress was a couple inches too long, but that may have been my fault. Easily remedied by wearing two inch heels. :)
