Wow if you wish to see a stellar performance at incompetence, colliers ballarat is the agency for you! It took 5 phone calls to get information on a rental shop from these people, even the managing director was confused as to why a customer would be calling,
(they are probably not used to that). No one at the agency knows when someone is on leave, especially not the receptionist. So if your agent is on leave your shop can not be leased. I as a commercial property owner would never ever let these people ever handle or represent my properties. What a joke. What a disgrace! You people should be ashamed of your service or lack there of.
