The worst delivery service I ever had.

The worst delivery service I ever had.
On 24th January I received a text at 10:35 that my parcel will be delivered between 8:56 and 10:56 am. And on the tracking at 10:16 it said sorry we missed you. No card in post no nothing. I was home all the time.
I rearranged for the parcel to come today, they gave the interval 13:45 to 15:45. Of course nobody came so I called. They told me will arrive today later. After the call on the tracking delivery I had the message that they missed me at 16:08. I was waiting for them cancelling everything so I could get the parcel.
Never again with yodel.

I wound't even want to give any star

I wound't even want to give any star! Waited for two weeks for a collection, spoke to several bots on the chat, always a different excuse or asking to be patient and that they would escalate the request. Nothing happened and my parcel still need to be collected. Waisted also two days of annual leave to wait for someone who never showed up. Useless and the worst service ever.

Yodel as had my parcel from e bay since…

Yodel as had my parcel from e bay since the 12 of September they have sent me three out for delivery messages but so far I have had nothing there chat line is absolutely descending how people use this company is unbelievable

Not collecting parcels from parcels.shop

Now on day 5 of parcels not being collected from parcel shop. Takes forever to speak to someone who then makes an excuse which changes daily. They can't tell you why nothings being collected but assure you it will be that day which never happens. And promised escalations don't happen either. The new switch to.yodel by inpost is obviously not going well.

Shop in W149XP that is surposse to take parcels and print lables ,,134 Northend road, news agent doesn't do it now ,,as there's a new person in there most probably a legal imagrant as all of a sudden they dont print lables ? Because he doesn't know what to do!!!! yodel say shop dose?

I have been sending parcels through…

I have been sending parcels through door to door service via vinted platform 2 weeks ago they didn't pick up my parcels for collection to my customers
Today I received a message from my latest customer who informed me that on the ring door bell it court the driver throwing a pushchair which may I add was packed in 2 large boxes well protected and is now damaged
Vinted don't give a bamn yodel need to compensate me for their incompetency I keep getting excuse after excuse

Absolutely useless

After being left 2 cards to state attempted delivery - left no reference number .
Called the stated number on the card which would apparently help me with enquiries - unless I had a tracking number the automated service would hang up - having then contacted live chat where I was asked how can they help , I replied and after 6 mins still no answer ! They then denied all knowledge of my parcel anything to my post code attempted delivery and no record even when I uploaded photos of the delivery attempt cards . Absolutely useless company and poor customer service I wish companies would cease to use them - minus 5 stars would be given

Awful customer service. So grumpy and monosyllabic

Went in to Londus Arthur’s Hill Shanklin. Chap in there was restocking crisps, looked at me, said nothing, carried on with what he was doing. Finally came over and took the parcel silently, just about muttered a thank you. Awful service and SO unfriendly. Exactly the opposite to Farnsworth’s in Newport! They’re fabulous and even though Londis is next door to me I’d rather drive to Farnsworth’s in Newport!

I wish I could give 0 star. Delivered to the wrong address and said they can’t do anything. I can clearly see it’s not my front door. And I was waiting nearly 3 hours in front of my door. 😤

Totally Arrogant rude individual …

I had a parcel to return with prepaid label. Took it to Londis at the top of Arthur's hill Shanklin only to be greeted with a very Arrogant, rude , no manners individual who also lied to me.
On entering this store I asked this man if I had the right place to send a Yodel parcel, never having done this before. He answered yes and carried on filling shelves, making me wait for him. He took the parcel handed me the receipt with no words exchanged ! I then asked when my parcel would be picked up and got a one word answer 'tomorrow ' when in fact it was actually picked up 40mins after I had dropped it off.
I can assure you if the occasion arises again and I have to send another Yodel parcel it certainly won't be from this store.
I can't get over just how rude this individual was

I returned a parcel to store using the…

I returned a parcel to store using the collect plus service. The clerk did not provide a receipt and did not take an email address. The parcel was left there and collected by yodel almost two weeks ago. The retailer has not refunded me, I’ve contacted asos and north face but without the receipt they will not refund as they have no evidence. I’ve spend hours trying to speak to someone with no avail. Hours on live chat with everyone saying to contact each other. I’m no further forward and I’m £140 out of pocket. Surely there must be some way of tracking the parcel

Driver lied twice, CCTV proof.

2-attempted deliveries (allegedly) driver said 1st couldn't find the property (20,000sq ft building with 40-foot sign)
2nd attempt, driver said no one was home to collect parcel. Absolute lie. CCTV and I was standing in the front waiting, never even bothered to come.
Live chat is a joke, closed the chat half way through and blocked the chat window Smiti Sansosh was their name. Can't believe this company is still operating.
please pay a little more and use anyone but Yodel

I have no words to describe how bad this so called delivery company are . 8 days for a parcel to be delivered that was only posted 30 miles away . Leave the professional delivery service to the professionals . My business used your service but time and time again you let us down .

Refuse to take my coffee capsules to be recycled

Went to the nearest drop off shop for Yodel in seagrave road (SW6) and was very rudely told off and told to leave as apparently there was ‘no space’; considering I was dropping a small bag with used coffee capsules it is hard to believe. Why are these shops even listed if they are not willing to offer the service they are paid for?

Poor collect plus service,lost my psrcel

In September I returned my 4 gas cylinders in their box with its sticky label provided by sodastream. I took it to my local shop which is a yodel collect plus dropoff point. I have to knock on the door as the shop isn't wheelchair friendly but they come out to me and that's the last I think of it. I have being doing this for 2 years every 4 months with no issues till I had to order some more gas cartridges from soda stream but to my disbelief they denied me as they saying they never got the last ones back. So what the hell is happening, my full cartridges come by courier yet I have to go to a dingy shop and be at the mercy of a pick up that's either not happened or you have lost. I don't keep the little records forever as my drawers would overflow.
So where are my missing cartridges plus why can't we have a free pick up from home.
