Friendly and helpful support
I got the update that my order was delivered (US) but after 4 days it was still not listed in my account. I contacted the support team and they send me the info, how long it takes in each country for the packages to be listed (US up to 5 working days). Then the information (origin/shop and tracking number) where not correct and they helped verify that the package is really for me. The orders I managed in the past in France always worked flawless and fast, so I was a bit impatient, but the support was always friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely use this service again.

I recently used ColisExpat to forward a package from Italy to Albania, and I am highly satisfied with the service. Since many retailers do not ship directly to Albania, this service is an absolute lifesaver!
The package was sent from Italy, went through their main transit hub in France, and was then delivered safely to my destination.
What I liked most:
Flawless European Transit: The handling of packages within the European network (Italy to France) works perfectly and without unnecessary delays.
Clear Tracking: The dashboard keeps you updated throughout every step of the transit process.

Don't use Colisexpat. Here's what happened to me.
I shipped clothes and accessories through Colisexpat in March, from France to Algeria. Simple route. Should have been easy.
Three months went by. No updates. Nothing.
When I finally pushed for answers, they told me my package got rerouted through Jordan. Jordan has nothing to do with a France-to-Algeria shipment. They gave no real reason. I think they did it to cut costs and didn't bother telling me.
Once it hit Jordan, tracking just stopped. Every tracking link I have still shows the package sitting in Belgium, last scanned in March. Nothing since. It's like it fell into a black hole.
Now it's July. Four months later. I asked again and they told me they can't trace it. It's lost. That's it.
Then comes the real insult: they won't even talk about a refund. They said I have to wait six more weeks for their "dispute" to resolve before we can discuss money back.
So I paid for a shipping service, they lost my package in a country it was never supposed to go through, gave me zero tracking, and now I'm stuck waiting six months just to start talking about a refund.
Avoid this company. Use anyone else.

At the time of your first request, we informed you that shipments to Algeria were affected by delays and that some parcels were transiting through Jordan, which could lead to longer processing times and fewer tracking updates than usual. This routing was linked to the transport network in place for these shipments, not to a decision made to reduce costs.
After further investigation, the parcel could unfortunately not be located. A dispute was therefore opened, and your compensation has now been validated.
Our customer service team will get back to you through the open ticket regarding the next steps for the compensation process.
We understand that this situation has been particularly frustrating, especially after several weeks without a clear tracking update, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
