Quick Updates & Many carrier delivery options
Quick update once the item is received, also they provide options for shipments .
Also i remember one time before one shipment wasn't updated , so i contacted the support and they were very helpful.

Best package forwarding service so far…
Best package forwarding service so far I have used. I have previously been using Tiptrans and Mailboxde, and they did not want to accept bigger packages for me and on top of that, they were very complicated to use. ColisExpat is totally opposite. They have accepted a 27kg package for me and forwarded it to me. It arrived very quickly in my country. I highly recommend them. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Parcel received, signed for, then lost by Colisexpat
A DHL parcel (n° 3651808403) was received and signed for at ColisExpat's Italian warehouse on January 2, 2026. It was never reshipped. After three months of unanswered follow-ups, they acknowledged the loss and offered €300 on a documented €547.20 claim — invoking a contractual liability cap.
Under Article 1170 of the French Civil Code, such a clause is void when it eliminates liability for total non-performance of the core contractual obligation. Reshipping parcels is precisely that obligation.
Mediation was initiated and they did not even respond.
Look at other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Avoid this service for valuable items, unless you want to bear the risk of a full loss of your item.
