This place can't be bothered to return calls

Made a phone call to them enquiring about available storage. Well spoken and polite person on the other end informing me I'd come through to reception and needed to talk to sales. Details taken for a call back and I received no phone call. Chased many hours later and again another well spoken polite individual answered. Unable to tell me if any storage is available but took my details again apologising for the lack of service and said someone will call back.
That failed to happen and now onto the next day and still no phone call.
