Coleshill Design have a fantastic website with wonderfully designed products, but behind that professional, glossy, image is a company that say an item is in stock when it isn't, they take your money immediately regardless of availability and then don't communicate at all, unless chased, with the status of your order. When they do communicate they make promises that they do not fulfill. Nearly five weeks after ordering and paying for supposedly 'in stock' items I still do not know if or when I might receive them.

I ordered from the melamine poppy range trays, placemats, coasters, the spoon rest and tea bag rest all arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
The products were excellent quality and lovely design.
Sales staff were very polite and he!pful.

The J W M Turner paintings reproduced really well on the trays, coasters and placemats. Petworth House are really pleased they're in the exhibition and selling well!!
