Proffessional, understanding and compassionate kind staff

I recently made a will with Coles and Miller in Bournemouth. I was treated with the utmost patience, kindness, professionalism and expertise. Jasmine Payne helped me to write my will. She was understanding, kind and gave me invaluable advice. I am very grateful for this and highly recommend her. Customer service has been excellent from start to finish.

I found Julie in the Poole office to be very kind, clear and helpful through a process that could have been quite difficult. There were a few adjustments needed after the first draft, and Julie was happy to incorporate those. Would definitely recommend their services.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Coles Miller Solicitors
for their outstanding service in handling my medical negligence claim
against the NHS. After a botched appendix operation left me in and out
of hospital for over a year, it was eventually discovered that not all
of my appendix had been removed – a shocking oversight that seriously
impacted my health and quality of life.

From the very beginning, David Simpson at Coles Miller was incredibly
supportive and professional. His expertise and dedication ensured that
I received the best possible advice and access to top medical
consultants to support my claim. David guided me through every stage
of the process with care and clarity, making a very difficult time
much easier to cope with.

Although I had my Will with another company in Poole, it needed urgent updating so much so that I decided to get a new Will. I spent much time investigating various companies and reading reviews which resulted in meeting with Marie Harder at the Poole office. Marie was excellent and answered all my questions and suggested a Trust for my daughter who suffers with a serious mental health condition. I was going into hospital in the next 2 weeks so need my new Will and Trust quickly. Again Marie worked with me to get both finished on time.
