Ordered comfort leggings size M and way too large. Paid $73.81 for item, tax and shipping (14.99). They deducted $9.95 for return shipping and my refund was only $47.82. That's about $25 just to try on a pair of leggings! Then I ordered size S and they were also way too large. Again, paid $73.81 and was refunded only $47.82. So it cost me about $50 to try on a product that was too large and didn't work. I won't be ordering from them again. This is ridiculous!!!

The color of the item was correct but the snaps and zipper are very poor looking gold and makes the coat look cheap. I asked about returning for a different color and they said it would cost me 9.95 to return it and then repurchase. Othe r companies charge for returns but even exchanges there is no shipping fee. I won't do business with Coldwater Creek anymore.

I’ve ordered several things from this site and as long as they were OK, I kept them. I ordered some pants in my regular size and I drowned in them and went to exchange them for a smaller size and I was charged $20 to do the exchange I will never ever ever ever ever buy anything from this site again. It was just not a refund because I changed my mind but an exchange. This is garbage I will never order from them again and I advise you not to order anything from them.

I placed an order for two items. The first part of the order arrived in a timely manner, item was as I ordered. Second item took an additional two weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong color and order slip within was for a completely different customer. I called customer service and the person I spoke to did not seem to understand the situation. All he appeared to be focused on was would I keep the item as delivered or would I return it. Because of the delay in shipping and the poor reviews regarding returns, I opted to keep the item. I will definitely think three times before ordering from this company again. Sad, in prior years they were quite good.

Paid 159.00 for items. Return shipping costs 9.95 which is fine. But they also keep $22.38 for the sales tax and adjustments. How is that legal? Refund is only $127.

I gave them one star because you can’t select zero. I bought their denim pull on boot cut jeans on Nov 7 2025 and they are falling apart on Jan 26, 2026. Back of the jeans are full of holes. Customer service completely useless. If they are washed (well of course they are I have worn them several times) or more than 60 days old then you are completely out of the $89 they cost. Company does not care at all about the product or your satisfaction.

My order was over $1,000. 1 pair of pants when washed came out completely wrinkled to point needed ironing.
3 pairs of shoes didn't fit as they were very narrow plus they sent the wrong size for one of the 3. Returns are "not happy" as advertised as they charged $9.95 for return of the 3 pairs of shoes but when I got to the UPS store and they tried to scan all 3 it would only scan 1. So had to come home call Coldwater and was told I had to pay another $9.95. Plus I wasn't aware that they deduct the sales tax that has already been paid by me, the customer, when you return an item. So for a 69.95 pair of shoes, they deducted $10.07 tax and 9.95 return fee so your unfair refund ends up being only $49.93. I will NEVER again do business with them. Terrible customer service and the other items ordered were not that great in quality either. Also, I got a call about 2 items that were "out of stock".

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company.

I placed an order on 12/6/25. However, instead of the Knit Denim Mid-rise, I received the Endless Comfort Cropped Pant. I called customer service and was on the phone for 20 minutes- the agent was extremely slow and asked me the same questions over and over again.

The agent then “re-ordered” the proper item, and I asked her to ship it overnight. She emailed me the label to return the incorrect order. I received the package and was sent the wrong item again!!!! This time, it was the correct pant- the Knit Denim Mid-rise, but in the wrong size. I called customer service and again, was on the phone for 20 minutes. It was extremely frustrating, as this was supposed to be a Christmas present! I told the agent that I would send both items back and wanted a refund. She said that would be fine and I could use the same return label.

I received a refund for the item I did not receive, however they charged me a $10 shipping fee!!! I sent an email to customer service to correct the error and asked them to provide labels so I could return the items they sent me in error. However, they sent me labels to return the item I kept and the item I never received. I am beyond frustrated and just want to donate the items they erroneously sent me.

Requested return authorization and it was granted. Returned items and a month later still had not received a refund.
Called customer service. They manually processed a refund. 3 weeks later still had not received the refund.
Called again and a customer service manager again processed a refund. About 3 weeks later a refund was posted to our credit card, but it was not for the full amount. We are still out over $100.

Don't order, just reported them to government. A fraud.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT do business with this company. They are a total scam. Much like the other reviews, I paid for expedited shipping and the item did not arrive, in fact I got an email that it wouldn't be delivered for another 7 days. The customer service is the worst and they fraudulently signed me up for their rewards program and accessed my bank account without authorization!

The last 2 things I ordered it took 2 months to get. It’s either backordered or shipping has been delayed. I cancelled 2 orders from September that were for Christmas. The quality isn’t as good as it used to be and the shipping and order fulfillment is non existent.

BEWARE!!! This website sneaks clicks and before you know it, you've supposedly signed up for monthly credit card charges for some kind of "exclusive club." They are small, weird charges (mine: $16.99/mo) that can slip by your attention.
When I finally caught up and contacted the company it took ten minutes to wade through all the promos on the phone to actually get a real person who finally told me what the charges were for. I NEVER signed up for recurring charges. After close to a year, the agent only reimbursed me for six months.
NOW! New year/new charges. Called again, the phone number is bogus.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, placed a lock on payments, and hope it stops. If not, I will be forced to get a new credit card and transfer all scheduled payments. BIG HEADACHE!
I will NEVER buy from Coldwater Creek again!!!

Returned a $120 sweater because it didn't fit, and only got $82 back. They charged a $10 fee but also kept all the sales tax! On top of that - the original shipping was $20. I will NEVER shop with them again, and feel like an official complaint needs to be filed for the illegal practice of keeping the sales tax at return.

Ordered 1 item, didn’t like. Return charge was $9.95 for tax & adjustment and another $9.95 for a Happy Return label. That was $20 in return fees for a $70 item. Not worth the quality.

do not order anything as a gift because their exchange policy is a joke. I got a Henley shirt that I needed in a size smaller and they wouldn't allow me to exchange it - It would be refunded to person who gifted it and then I would have to pay for my Christmas gift myself! What a joke! Never again. Stupid policy - I will not be shopping here again. All their reviews are 91% 1 star! Such a shame

Generally, the clothing is well made and fit according to size. I've had no trouble with returning items and it's one of my "go to" spots for shopping.

Coldwater offered a 3 business day delivery for an additional fee which I took, wanting the gift by. Dec 30. What a RIPPOFF! I ordered the gift Dec 19, so three business days would have been 22,23 & 24. The gift arrived Dec 29. Coldwater was so cheap they used DHL, a trucking company instead of UPS or Fedex. DHL then took their time and simply dropped of the gift at the post office another day delivery

The return policy is not clearly stated. It states a return fee of 9.95, which is fair, but not stated is the tax and adjustment fees. I returned a shirt and pants for which I paid approximately $185.00. After completed return form, I was charged 9.95 and then 25.00 for taxes and adjustments. That is really outrageous! I will never purchase from this company again.

I paid for 3 day shipping and now day 4 and package won’t be here for 6 more days. Did get a refund on $20 shipping but will never ship there again. Christmas present will be late. Very unhappy
