I'm having ongoing problems with crypto that has been sent to my wallet that does not reflect.

I’ve been with Coindirect since Nov 2019, all the required documentation was provided and accepted, as part of the onboarding. For almost two years I was able to transact without any issues but suddenly the rules changed. I did a withdrawal to on 3 Nov 2021, more than a month ago, and it is still not actioned. Coindirect requested documentation before they would action the withdrawal, once provided they requested additional documentation. Not sure what changed and if I do provide the additional documentation, will that be the end or will they think of some new “obstacle”.

The operator was swift in responding and assisted me hustle free.

Email interaction with Cole was timely and informative and my problem with address verification was quickly resolved.

I first used coindirect to purchase 0.05 of Eth last year to send to my wallet fsigning up and having my money taken happened quickly, I then proceeded to take my ETH off of the platform into my wallet (unfortunately the ETH didn't arrrive, and i was unaware of this for months. when eventually returning to my account to try again Coindirect have taken most of my ETH as dormat fee's. From there until now, i have never even been able to access my account, but I'm sure they have already taken all of the ETH left in my accoint with multiple password resets.. I hope I can get this issue fixed and my original balance of 0.05 eth return.

There was a withdrawal problem because of my profile info not matched with my ID passport data and (Ashley) from coindirect support help me to fix that & problem solved

I am satisfied with the CoinDirect team, communication good, arbitrage trades excellent if you consider the difficulties of the market currently. Still early days but I trust that our relationship will get stronger.

I’m unable to transfer my balance to another wallet due to a technical errors on coin directs platform. They admit that it’s an issue with their tech. Despite this they insist that I should incur additional fees to transfer to another currency before transferring to another wallet. Very much sounds like a scam to me. Avoid at all costs.
