Depositing money is not difficult
Depositing money is not difficult. But the main problem I experienced is when trying to use money in ZAR wallet to buy coins.
I tried several times and taken months but until today I'm failing.

COINDIRECT vs PAXOS
i am new by "COiNDIRECT" - but what i see is a nice and clean site, with no mess-up like by many others,
and i have changed to "COIN" from PAXOS, which totally unfair and cheatty one,
and i was customer of PAXOS started from 2015, actually it was itBit, which i joined, then PAXOS takeover and mess up everything, - beside that PAXOS disclosure customer's info/data !
and it is after turnover over 130BTC together.
so i hope "COIN" experiences will be others. Till now it is cool with.

One of my accounts was disabled and I was supposed to receive funds within 48 hours and as of today it’s been about a week since that 48hrs.
Requested a 2fa code and it took them a month and a week to get back to me, mind you on top of that each reply takes a week if not more.

Locked out of my account with no help
Giving 2 stars in the hope that something is done. I have been unable to login to my account and have tried several times to follow Coindirects instructions to reset my password. When advised an email will be sent to me I never recieve it. I have tried contacting customer support but get no response at all. I am now worried as to what's happened to my investments. Is there anybody in this company who I can actually talk to?

Overall easy to use and to register
This is the slowest exchange I ever worked with. Clearing money to your bank account takes extremely long. Other exchanges money would reflect in my bank account within minutes. Here it takes 24 to 48 hours. On my last one it's 48hours and counting...
