Partnering with CodesCastle Software was the first and most important decision I made as the founder of a digital health startup. In CodesCastle, we found a collaborator to help us turn real ideas into a digital health solution, not just a software application. User experience has always been the top priority. As in any technology development life cycle, there were challenges, bugs, obstacles, and occasional pivots. However, the team was always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Our one-off requests were processed and expedited and we were always kept informed. Working with them on several projects now.

Good company with great knowledge of technologies and business. Developed a Cab booking Application with them. They helped me with new ideas and market new trends. Also working with them is so easy and smooth.
I recommend them to all who are starting their business and have a idea to develop.

I second the - already - bad reviews here. Not only the project was never finished but COVID happened and my project was tourism related. I asked for a 50% refund, they refused and even they asked one of their client to pay me on their behalf!!!
Never have i imagined such a poor level of incompetence.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After months of failing with my project, they started to ask for more money than we agreed because they were not able to fix it and they spent too many hours.

Just because their coders are incompetent they want the customers to pay for that. AVOID them or get scammed, don't read their fake reviews somewhere else.

After falling months behind with my project I lost confidence in my account manager - she struggled to understand the brief and could not communicate effectively in English. It then emerged that they had missed an essential part of the brief (the code was intended as a plugin for the Wordpress Repo and they wrote it in a way that the Repo would never accept). They stopped replying to my emails, would not refund anything and demanded more money to put right their own mistake. Never use this company, they are incompetent at following a brief and crooks for keeping my money without ever delivering!

Also, beware of the freelancer site Twago - I recruited CodesCastle from there and when it went wrong they refused any support and simply claimed they could not assess the software. This was despite CodesCastle admitting in an email that they had designed the code wrong, so there was no independent assessment needed, just some customer support!
