good outdoor jacket and nice shirt
I bought a rain jacket and a rugby shirt. The quality seems amazing. You get what you pay for:)

I bought 2 women shirts from the Les Voiles d'Antibes collection. They feel very nice and have pretty colors.
Awful company to deal with.
I bought three shirts of which they charged me £69. When the order arrived there was only one shirt. After multiple emails in which I threatened legal action I finally got them to agree to refund me for the missing two shirts and the EUR19 postage and packaging. Trouble was they didnt refund me that amount and so I have been left paying £35 for a £15 shirt. Stay well clear, this is a scam.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with This Company.
- I ordered and paid for three sweatshirts, but received only two—without any prior or post explanation as to why the third was not dispatched.
- I had to contact the company myself to find out what happened to the missing item. Only then was I told there was a warehouse error and the third sweatshirt would be shipped when back in stock or I could get a refund.
- I requested that they not ship the third sweatshirt and instead refund the entire order, as I intended to return the two items I had already received.
- After they received my returned items, they issued a credit note for just two sweatshirts—not for three.
Worse, the refund amount was never credited to my account.
- When I reached out again about the incorrect credit note, I was questioned about whether I had returned the third item, which I never received in the first place.
- They eventually refunded me, but this time for only one item instead of the full amount. It took repeated follow-ups from my side to get this discrepancy addressed.
- Only after I explicitly mentioned taking legal action, requesting compensation, and setting a deadline did they finally take the matter seriously and issue the remaining refund.
- From the day I placed my order to finally receiving the full refund, this ordeal took nearly three months.
- Throughout this experience, in my opinion, the company demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability. In my view, their actions did not appear consistent with Dutch law, EU law, or their own stated return policy.
- Think twice before ordering from this company. My experience was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn-out, and I would not recommend them.

The size of each item is too small. I bought an XXL t-shirt from code zero at the KLM open and that fits perfectly while everything ordered from their website is very small.
On top of that they charged us 5 euros for shipping and now 5 euros to return. Will never buy from code zero again
The sizing on this website is completely wrong. I am size 14 and ordered an XL puffer jacket. It’s arrived and it’s ridiculous. I can’t do the zip up. It’s a size 10 at best and that would be without a thick jumper on underneath. I’m so disappointed as had wanted a high quality coat but so far Code Zero have failed the expectation vs. Reality test. Returns process means I’m liable to pay the return fee even though the reason for return is completely their fault due to misrepresentation of the product description on the website.
They never respond on e-mails. No phonenumber available.
Return page at the website does not work (last step)
Did not received my money back yet.
Firstly the information regarding a specific jacket on their website was incorrect. I had to wait over a week for a clarification. Secondly, their sizing is misleading and once again their website information was wrong. I have emailed the company multiple times regarding these issues however, they never replied. Unfortunately I am now stuck with a very expensive jacket that is of poor quality and poor sizing configuration. On their website the jacket is advertised as breathable and that a fleece or hoodie can easily be worn as a mid-layer. However, once more this is not the case. I am very disappointed by their non-existent customer support and for waisting over 160 euros on a cheap jacket.
U.S buyers be aware!
Items are in China sizes.
Overpriced and average quality.
Zero must stands for their customer service.
Example: if you are wearing Helly Hansen size XL, you should order 4X from these people. Code Zero wont honor shipping returns from U.S. and DHL charges $280 for return shipping (at least for 8-9 items I wish to return). They won't even give you a return invoice to be able to ship back the items.
I am reporting this company to E.U. Consumer Directory, and discouraging everyone in my sailing community from considering this brand.
I had made a number of purchases from this Co over past 12 months. Good customer service . Good product thats a little bit different to stuff you find in the UK.

You need to avoid this company. First free return became £10 postage fee. Second, I never get my refund despite several emails. Now company is not even responding to my emails. Clothes are well overpriced and certainly quality is below average. Disgusting customer service. I now forwarded my complaint to eu consumer directory.

Poloshirts 2018 do have a very nice design, suites well on all boating occations and looks awsome on my crew members. We recently ordered online for the whole crew and had a issue with the right amount of poloshirts dispatched and fullfilled. Customer service refunded prompt withour argueing. Flagshipstore in Palma is nice too and I am looking forward to place the next order as soon as we need more crew-uniform poloshirts. Cheers Captain Franky
