I have generally been very happy with…
I have generally been very happy with customer service. However, I believe that the current online system for filing damage claims is not functioning properly, as I have not been able to successfully file several claims this year and had to take extensive efforts to have them put in the system.
I have experienced, however, that after I managed to report damage recently, I was able to connect to the thread designated particularly for the claim, and it looks a big improvement. I will only have to see how it progresses through different stages, as it is only at the creation stage.

Rude cold calling
Got a call from (name removed due to reports on ground of privacy invasion submitted by the company). Who presented himself of behalf of Codan in Danish. As soon as I asked if he could speak English he just hang up the phone… probably not the best idea to deal with a company with such an incompetent employees.
