Very disappointing experience
I placed an order (#OC039596/2025) on September 16, 2025, on the CocoricoShop website, paying €61.00 in advance for several aquarium products:
SICCE Air Pump Airlight 1000 (x2)
SICCE Air Pump Airlight 1500 (x1)
SICCE Air Pump Airlight 3300 (x2)
Ottavi Small Fish Bags (x15)
After waiting a long time without receiving anything, I called customer service to ask for clarification. The person on the phone first told me they needed to check stock availability, but just a moment later replied that the products were actually not available.
When I purchased, the prices on the site were much lower than usual, and I thought it was a promotion or special discount. Now, however, I find myself in the situation of having paid for items that weren’t really in stock, and my project has been left on hold.
This experience has made me lose both time and trust. At this point, I don’t even know if this online shop is truly reliable or if it’s something not very serious.
Based on my personal experience, unfortunately I cannot recommend Cocoricò Shop.
