Great support, but payments limited to Danish cards
I had some trouble paying with my non-Danish card. Cocopanda’s support was incredibly kind and tried their best to help — they replied quickly, were patient, and genuinely did everything they could from their side, even guiding me to Avarda for clarification. Avarda were also very quick and helpful in their response, but unfortunately confirmed that only Danish cards are accepted. Because of this, I couldn’t place my order at all, which was very disappointing, as I’ve never had this issue on other websites. I do hope international cards will be supported in the future, as I’d love the chance to shop here

I am generally satisfy, it had a fast delivery. But the Nivea sun cream that I bought 92 kr, was 78 or lower in Føtex and Kvikly :/

If you do not find parcel boxes closer to you the next time you shop, we recommend having the parcel delivered to a post office or pick up point. Awful delivery! I specifically asked in one place and they delivered on a total different
Awful delivery. The package had a label with the address I had chosen when I bought but packaged had been delivered in a total different place, very far away from my house. Will not be ordering again, that was ridiculous.
