I initially answered the calls to stop being bothered by co-construct employees. But I'm so glad I did! They have helped us use the bills part of CC which has been a tremendous help and much needed tool for us. We are so happy!

We tried a different app that didn't work out well for us and it cost more. Coconstruct is very user friendly. It is simple yet robust in its features.

We have been using them for years. They have great features like specs & selections, 2 step estimating, adding tax %, contingency to your estimate template, the proposal template takes information automatically from the project etc. Customer support is also very responsive.

CoConstruct easily does the job of one full time employee. It is easy to learn, and very powerful and covers everything a remodeler or custom new home builder does in the course of the day. A worthwhile investment

This program, unlike Buildertrend, provides the comprehensive package and flexibility required for a small custom homebuilder. I have not found any equivalent that has as many features nor the presentation to all parties quite like CC does it. I highly recommend CC for any company looking to bring professionalism and efficiency to their company for a price that makes sense for a small builder.

Our rep does a great job checking in to see how things are going with our team and how we are using Co-Construct. He offers to help with any features that we aren't taking advantage of. I always learn something during our meetings!

We LOVE CoConstruct. Really are saddened that it will no longer be updated with new features.

Your support is outstanding; any issues I have asked about have been quickly resolved by phone or, if necessary by screen share.
The only item I would like to be more fond of is the photos. It takes a lot of work to find an image quickly.
I love the integration with quick books for invoicing and payroll.
