Took forever to receive my order

I placed an order for two dog tags (same name/info on each) on 5/30 for our new puppy. On 6/16 I emailed the customer service and asked to cancel the order because we went to a local pet supply store and had one made in-store. On 6/29 (over a week later) they responded to my email and said they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already in production. I didn’t receive the tag until today, 7/9. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order in my opinion. Especially because the company did not indicate that it would take that amount of time to process/ship when I placed the order. Also, no updates provided along the way. So frustrating!

READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Ordered 2 dog tags on January 24

Negative reviews of this company’s customer service are 100% accurate according to my experience trying to get my merchandise that I ordered over 5 weeks ago! There is no phone number to call them. There is no chat help. And the “Happiness Team” does not return emails nor notify the customer if there is a problem. Yet the charge for an order appears immediately after the order is placed.
I ordered 2 dog tags on January 24, 2024.
Order confirmed by Coco and Bark on 1/26 and the charge appeared on my credit card immediately.
Inquired about the order (that had not arrived) on 2/16. Got a reply the same day that there was an issue with the address and to please confirm the address. I did so immediately. Within a day I was asked to rate the “HAPPINESS TEAM” that dealt with my inquiry. I replied that I could not rate the HAPPINESS TEAM since no one had replied to my email and certainly no one had done anything to make me happy! No response.
On 2/26 I inquired again about my order. Today is 3/3 and no response. I finally notified my credit card company to investigate the order and this company and to get the charge removed. Unless you want to have these headaches with a company that clearly does not care at all about the customer, I suggest you shop somewhere else for your pet needs.

STAY AWAY. Bad customer service

I ordered a dog tag three weeks ago with the name Luna. It made it to my hometown postal service and then was returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. I had emailed them and got no response. I had to email them three times to get a response. Finally they tried to ship again and the same thing happened. Meanwhile I am getting packages from other companies with no problems. They offered me a refund and I still have not received the refund or a cancellation email after a week and a half. I will never purchase through them EVER! Worst customer service and they do not have a phone number to call!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly wish I could give them a zero star. I ordered a dog tag with the name NELLIE, unfortunately it defaulted back to the advertising name BAILEY. I emailed Customer support within 2 minutes of ordered. They responded saying they would cancel my order so I could reorder. I thanked them for confirming and asked for a confirmation it was canceled- never heard from them again. They ignored every single email and NEVER canceled my order or gave me my money back. GHOSTED. I will never purchase from them again and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to either.

Horrible, frustrating and very disappointing

We ordered an xl dog bed at the first of October and our account was debited on October 2. We have not received the bed. My wife contacted customer care second half of Oct via the only option via email and explained the email address she had at time of order had stopped working, she provided her new email address plus her phone number and provided order confirmation number and asked for assistance. She never received a response. I began communicating, again via only means available, Nov 2 again providing order confirmation number and again explained wife's email situation. The 24 hiur response promised on website did not occur. I had to email threatening a negative review and finally received a reply from "Sarah" saying she would check on it. Nothing more from her until I kept emailing asking for phone number to call, complaining of poor service and finally a threat for a review and finally today "Sarah" emailed saying she knew nothing but sent another message to inquire and thanked me for my patience and they are there to help. This is pathetic and unacceptable behavior and horrific customer service. So we are out $150 since October 2 and they can't even provide a phone number for us to call or give us the courtesy of a call. This was the second such bed we ordered from them but can assure anyone of interest it will be the last. At this point we just want our money back.

I like the style of the tags

I like the style of the tags. Sort of easy to order. Was not able to enter the full # of characters.
Will have a better idea when I receive the tag.
