Absolutely delighted with my new golden oak fencing from Cocklestorm, fantastic service from start to finish, Shane processed my order and made sure I had everything needed to complete the project, even gave me the option to reduce the delivery cost! The quality of this fencing is excellent, I specifically wanted a chunky/solid look fencing, and I was not disappointed, fitment was really simple, but still gave the top quality end result I was hoping for!
For overall service and pricing, I genuinely would not hesitate to recommend or use these guys again.

We have used cockle storm in the past and it’s been okay but on this most recent occasion we have been what I can best describe as being exploited due to being a young couple. I decided to quote 5 small fences (2x6 ft) and 2 gates. Pricing it up based on the companies website that’s about £320 for the materials…so why I have been quoted £980 to have these supplied and fitted (considering some on elements of my fences like latches and hinges would be reused on the new gate) I would call this pure chancing cause in what world would fitting cost £660? I asked for a price breakdown to which I have heard nothing. I will never use these again. Very disappointed

The service was great. The people who came to fit the fencing just got on with the job. They explained when there was a small issue.

From the start of the process to the end it was thorough and easy. The advice given to me by Nigel through to the fitting by Colin I was confident that a good job would be done. It was quite a big and complicated job, but the professionalism and friendly service I had made me happy that everyone knew how to tackle it. The end result was exactly what I wanted and I'm happy that the whole area is now futureproofed for years to come. I also had speedy and excellent service from all the office staff invoice wise.

Cocklestorm provide a seamless service from initial inquiry, site survey, quotation and installation. We have used them several times for fencing and gates etc and they are reliable, competitive and consistent. They arrive on time and complete the work efficiently and remove waste and clean all surroundings before leaving. First class service and can highly recommend them.

After many years of use over 30 years, our wooden gate and fence panel required renewing. We visited site and decided on a new metal composite gate and panel. Nigel visited to measure and quote which we accepted.
Colin was assigned the job and what an excellent job he has done, very thorough and kept us informed when an issue arose which was solved on the day.

My neighbour replaced his fencing and the replacement fencing looks like a dog's dinner on my side. The panels are all different heights, so this has resulted in the horizontal sections being uneven. Ideally, they should all join up at the same height, instead of being all over the shop. When i mentioned this to the lads putting them in, i got a right load of aggro. I would not recommend using Cocklestorm.

I ordered new fencing for my garden which arrived on time; however, i had to get them back five times to make and install it correctly.
They cut one panel down on site and it didn’t fit into the concrete posts properly. It was also too small in height. The surveyor had a difficult attitude and blamed it on the concrete posts. I spoke to the office and explained the exact reason for the issue (i.e. shoddy workmanship) and what they needed to do to rectify it. The office team were brilliant to be fair.
Eventually, they returned and replaced the panel, which I was then happy with. The surveyor was polite on this occasion, so it seems they spoke to him about it. Nevertheless, I won’t be using Cocklestorm again because overall, the installation was shoddy and the surveyor's attitude was less than helpful - i.e. i didn't appreciate having to argue with him about something that i was unhappy with.

I needed a new wooden gate for my garden. I contacted Cocklestorm Fencing. A professional man attended and supplied me with a reasonable quote. The gate was fitted three weeks after. Excellent work, trouble free. I am very satisfied with how everyone handled my request including customer services.
