TOP QUALITY CLOTHES MORE IMPORTANTLY *** CUSTOMER SERVICE ***

Clothes are top class, but had a slight issue with delivery not arriving for my sons 21st, which was absolutely NOT DOWN TO CLUB 1984 but the courier. However Sara at the customer service could not have been more helpful, and rescued it by sending a replacement rapidly.
Can’t recommend highly enough, and nice to be able to buy top quality with ABSOLUTE PIECE OF MIND.

Will definitely definitely be using again.

Reached out to the customer service after my most recent order had an item missing. Great customer service experience provided by Sara, resolving the query/issue very quickly and getting the missing item shipped out ASAP.

I have been buying from Club1984 for a few years now and the quality of the clothes has always been amazing. On my most recent order an item was missing and it looked as though the package had been opened and resealed. I reached out and the customer service was amazing with a replacement being shipped right away. Would highly recommend.

Paid 155€ for ‘free shipping’ for 3 shirts, just to get notified I needed to pay an additional 55€ for import costs. Is this shit imported from planet Mars?…

Excellent customer service, my parcel was left outside my house and taken due to the evri driver and they gave me a full refund. Very helpful.

The overjacket was really nice and good quality. But sadly it was too small so i recommend order one size larger..

Cap quality is a total rip off!

Just received my Saints cap it’s it is terrible quality. No structure to the crown of the cap at all. Not what seems to be displayed on the web site. Be warned do not buy! Design it great quality is through the floor!!

I had some problems with the delivery because of other companies' fault. The support was really great to solve all the problems I had.

From start to finish my experience has been fantastic with this company. I had an issue with my delivery as it was a day late and that got sorted instantly. The quality on the shirts are impeccable and the pricing is fair. The packaging on the items aswell is beyond satisfactory, even sending a poster card from my favourite movie the wolf of wall street. I will be ordering again. Only down side that I will discuss is that the fits are quite large so I’d definitely down size.

Firstly, the brand does very classy designs & clothing and the materials they use are so top quality, easily in my top 3 brands (Probably no. 1 according to my bank statement) !!!

Secondly, the customer service when inquiring about an order or any other general inquiry is exemplary. Very pleasant & useful... they just offer all round excellent service in all areas (special shout out to Sara for this one).

Unfortunately, I can't rate Club 1984's products. For whatever reason, according to DHL, the address was probably transmitted incorrectly by the British postal service. For this reason, I can only rate Club 1984's customer service. Here, I can only say, "It couldn't be better." Top-notch service with extremely quick responses and solutions. I would love to experience such service in Germany.

Honestly my favourite brand the quality is better than most high end designer the customer service is amazing I accidentally ordered a t-shirt that I had already bought previously in my last order sent them a email and they changed the t-shirt to a different one for no extra cost if ur not shopping with these guys ur doing something wrong best in the game right now
