We ordered two coat racks, and one arrived without a wheel. We placed the order through their Spanish website (Planeta del Mueble), but neither the phone number nor the email address listed there works. No one is responding to us, and we have the coat rack without the wheel, so we can’t use it. What a disaster.
After a few months one of the two bar stools refused to hold its position i.e. automatically went back to maximum height. A few months after that I contacted CLP. I received very helpful mails guiding me step for step. When self repair was impossible I received a new parts to replace the faulty ones. Assistance was always understanding and helpful. I am very impressed by their help. This is a "How To Do It Correctly" case for every Cy & Marketing student. Other cy's : watch and learn !
I had issue with the 2 out of 4 chairs i have ordered. Very quick and friendly customer service. Issue was resolve in no time. Really good experience.
Ordered a gaming chair for our son to give at Christmas. Chair arrived perfectly in time, of course we did not unpack it but put it under the Christmas tree.
December 25th we open the box and whilst I'm assembling the chair I see a little cut in the back rest. Of course this is a pity in a new chair.
Monday December 28th contacted CLP and got an answer back from Lisa at CLP on Tuesday. Very friendly and gave me a few options to solve the problem. We opted to send us a new back rest as we did like the chair itself, appears to be of good sturdy quality.
Quickly gotten a friendly reply that they were going to take care of it and send us the replacement part. Lisa did warn us that due to Christmas parcel traffic could take a couple of days longer than usual, however 1,5 day later in the morning of December 31st our replacement back rest already was delivered.
At any time something can go wrong such as a defective part, which is a pity. It is however the way this is solved and how you are treated that makes the difference. In this case communication was very friendly, replacement part sent and received very quickly, and all solved to our utmost satisfaction.
