DO NOT ORDER // Horrible quality // return & refund not possible

My teenage daughter asked me to order two dresses and a blazer from the website Clovrio.com on the 8 September. Order details:

The items arrived super late on 22 September.
All three items are the cheapest fabric and poorest mass production execution imaginable. You would not pay £10 for any of these items. Picture on the website and actual product are shockingly different.
Since 23 September I have been trying to initiate a return, because the website stipulates that you need to email them to receive return instructions.
I have been emailing every other day and I am being ignored. Also calls are going only to answering machine.
DO NOT BUY from them ever.
