As you are aware there were major storms in the Northern Territory delaying Royal Mail's service across the board. We shipped four of the same product out that week with no complaints and we also gave you a full refund on your order. We never receive bad reviews and have done what we can for you in this circumstance. To avoid this happening in the future we suggest that you visit local vape stores to understand flavour profiles before placing any further orders with online vape stores.

Excellent service
Excellent service, really good selection of liquids and useful information and descriptions. As I don't live in a city or near any vape stores, this service makes it very convenient for me to get liquids without having to go out of my way. Recommend to everyone I know who vapes.
