At best poor, at worst an AI chatbot service

I am genuinely surprised how they have a 4.6 rating. They took my money, I uploaded pics etc and answered questions as per their process. I then received a number of adhoc questions (some already answered) some brand new that weren’t initially asked. It feels like the process itself is being run by an AI Chatbot at best, or someone with poor cognitive skills at worst. Additionally the delay between responses suggest this is a process managed offshore as opposed to locally. I would not recommend.
