My winnings were supposed to be 233$s but even though they accepted my bet after the game they changed the winning amount to 115$s completely removing one of my bets even though my bet was accepted and funds deducted from my balance. The issue was that even though my 2nd bet for the same game was accepted their odd got glitched at 1.5 for this game and I placed a 2nd bet for the game and then the odd was much higher .
Cloudbet did pay out pretty fast every one of my bets but this time they stole from my winnings.
Now they are asking me for a screenshot after the game had ended and after the game has ended they remove one of my two bets for the game and my winnings became 115$s instead of 233$s.
It is not my fault their screen glitched and odds got stuck but my funds were definetly deducted and 2nd bet for the game was approved.
Had a solid experience so far with cloudbet but this time and another time when they deducted funds from my wallet but did not confirm bet was accepted and said they could only confirm so after the game.
I would had not complained about this issue like I havent complained 1st time when they deducted funds from my balance but did not confirm if the bet was accepted till after the game because then my bet lost but this time I won and I was not given the full amount.
Cloudbet please make it right.

Support is very slow, they raise always to another support team and they always promise “we Will contact you on e-mail” but nothing happens, support wise not the best. The support also one time corrected my Bet for a win but toke it back anyway and made my balance negative, support makes a lot of mistakes, the is not perfect need some improvements, overall 2/10 casino site, not recommended

Everything works smoothly, but have not many time invested, yet.

The entire betting session lasted 2 or 3 days. I started by depositing amounts like $20k, $30k, $50k. I ended up losing approximately $200,000 in 1–2 days. After that, I managed to recover and eventually reached $550,000 in my account balance.

After the first $200,000 withdrawal remained pending for almost 20 hours without being approved, and after I withdrew another $100,000 (bringing the total pending withdrawals to $300,000), Cloudbet initially rejected the withdrawals, and a few dozen minutes later, they blocked my account.

These people simply did not want to pay me. First, they blocked the account, and only afterward did they start looking for a reason to justify it. Almost three weeks have passed and they still have not given me any concrete answer, only that the investigation may take up to six months.

Some people on chat tell me it will take exactly six months, others say up to six months — there is a complete lack of transparency and coordination within their team. Nothing is clear, because so far the case is simply pending and they do not care.

Regarding the bets: 99% of my bets were on tennis, mostly on Davis Cup and Tier 1 tournaments — ATP and WTA — plus a few Challenger events.

A batch of 20–30 total bets placed over 2–3 days could not possibly require more than 1–2 days of investigation from the moment the review started. It is practically impossible to justify a timeframe of up to six months to finalize an investigation (which, in reality, practically does not exist). It is impossible that three weeks pass without restoring my access to the account and funds.

An important thing to mention is that I invested over $200,000. It is unacceptable and inadmissible to decide to invest over $200,000 in a bookmaker, having calculations and money management in place, depositing with the understanding that you can withdraw at any time if needed, and then have your funds blocked for up to six months. Where have you ever seen something like this? To invest $200,000 and then be unable to access your own money for six months, while support staff effectively mock you.

The problem is that chat support redirects me to the account manager; they cannot help with anything except telling me to wait up to six months. The account manager does not respond, and when he does, his tone makes it seem as if I should feel bothersome for asking for help — as if I am the last person on earth and as if $550k being blocked is no big deal.

I am experiencing health problems because of the stress this situation has created — the frustration of how I am being treated and the injustice that exists, with no one able to hold them accountable. I am absolutely convinced that behind the scenes, similar situations happen to many people and that they commit abuses.

It is simply impossible that after three weeks they have not unlocked my account and granted access to the $550,000 won fairly.

Complete scam. When they see you winning big, "magically" you start losing big. They removed playtech which was the only none scam provider. While keeping evolution who are the biggest shead scammers.

Robbed me of my deposit. It used to be that if you were unverified you could withdraw up to 2500 a day... as long as you go beyond the AI help bot and wake up a live customer service agent. I had played more than a few 100k worth of bets ... until I contacted them about a deposit that was confirmed on the blockchain but not reflected in my account..it took some time to get someone out of bed.. and immediately before dialog started they flagged my account to verify. They refuse to send me back my deposit that reflected hours later. It used to inform you to withdraw if there is a issue but now it just steals your money. Didn't play a single game.. they just took it. Crazy thing is that allowing the guy to flag my account is a horrible business decision.. losing way more than my deposit in the short or long game. He should get fired .

Might be the worst "vip program" out there. You get 0.36 usd cashack for 1000 usd loss. Coupled with lazy support, its just a terrible experience

Literally all live blackjack have bots, because it is not possible that some people would hit on each possible round, literally rounds with 20 vs 6 are hitted and after 10 rounds you realize that someone is hitting all games until busted. This obviously changes the statistics of games and results, as most of the bust cards are the high ones. Smart to steal money from players

So I'm from a location outside their permitted operating locations. Despite that tho after I played my bet they locked my account, my error and legally they had to.

They did honour it though and paid out instantly when the bet won.

The customer service was super fast and friendly and truth be told o am gutted I can't continue to use them after such a positive experience

Cloudbet blocked my account. I think their main purpose is to scam. I have near about 2000 usdts in my cloudbet account and I am not able to login that account.

Mailed them many times but didn't get any satisfactory replies from their team.

Cloudbet will not give any reply to my review because they don't have any answer regarding this.

But you hold my whole amount 2000+ USDT. I think you should hold only that amount where you doubt any suspicious bets.

Please allow me to withdraw my rest pending amount and hold only that one which you think I placed on suspicious event.
