If your from the UK seriously don't bother! Your account will get blocked,and unless you've used crypto you will not be able to withdraw any remaining funds. Hoops and barriers are making me walk away from $310 which is gutting. Don't like leaving negative reviews,and I'm sure if your from an eligible country it's fine. As a casino it was ok, just not for UK players (wish this site did not come up on uk search engines)

Hey Votage, we have a lot of resources online that explain how the UK is a blocked territory and our website isn't even available there so you must have used a VPN to circumvent the barriers we already have in place.
Given that you circumvented our rules to access the site i'm not sure how this review is fair.

My account was blocked because I was apparently in the Netherlands. Withdrawals were still possible. I then contacted customer service to find a solution. Then my account was completely blocked, and I could no longer make withdrawals. Cloudbet changes the terms and conditions without offering any opportunity to find a solution with Cloudbet. You only receive fragmented sentences or no response. I've been a customer for years, but I don't think it's worth getting so annoyed with them. Suing for your money is also difficult in this country. Therefore, you can only work on trust, and in my experience, Cloudbet is not trustworthy.
