I ordered six shirts from Clothing Monster and about 10 days later, I received three out of the six shirts I ordered. I sent two e-mails explaining what happened and I got no response to either e-mail. About a month later I used a return-item form even though I wasn’t returning anything. I used that form hoping they would respond and they did. They asked what shirts weren’t delivered and I identified the shirts and included a copy of the original order. They sent two of the shirts the only problem is they were seconds with obvious flaws. Instead of the shirt I was still missing, they sent a shirt I had not ordered and did not want. I’ve ordered shirts from Clothing Monster in the past and there were no problems. I lost over $90 so I strongly urge anyone considering Clothing Monster to avoid this company.

The website has beautiful animal-themed T-shirts and other forms of clothing. They are slightly more expensive than regular T-shirts and rightfully so because of the realistic artwork. The problem is that you pay them and they don't send you the order. It's also impossible to contact them. You might get back an auto-reply if you email them. I had to contact PayPal to file a complaint and they still haven't responded. I suggest looking at all the negative BBB reviews before ordering. I'm really disappointed because I really like the advertised products. The problem is, I'm not sure if those products exist.

Update: I did finally receive the item in perfect contion exactly a month after ordered.

I did not received my order after one month, and no information on it. I asked by mail to cancel the order but nothing happened and no one replied.

The service is very bad and I am not sure to receive my order one day !
