Didn't even email order confirmation

Upon placing an order, my credit card prompted me with the "are you sure this is you?" I confirmed without thinking twice then started to worry that it was a scam because of the odd look of the payment interface. I ended up just refuting the charge with my credit card company once the payment flipped from pending to complete (a few days later) and I still hadn't received an order confirmation via email. There is no phone number listed on the website and I assumed that I would never end up receiving my item since they didn't even sent me order confirmation

I made my first order , no confirm , no answers to my contact , it is not possible to send direct e-mails: SCAM!
I called my credit card customer service , stay away from this site!!!!
