ordered nearly £100 worth of clothes from here that when turned up were completely different to advertised online.cheap material ,terrible stitching and not true to size atall.i spent £10 returning them next day delivery. A week later I emailed customer service to have them tell me they hadn’t received the parcels .i went to the post office to have the lady track the parcels and they were down as received .the company outright lied to me about recieving them so they didn’t have to refund me .i have since sent several emails to which all now are being ignored and they are still lying saying they haven’t received the parcels.looks like they have done this to other people aswell.i can only describe this company as a total scam .i would NOT order from here as the clothes turn up nothing as described and if you return your items don’t expect to ever get your money back .i also don’t know they they even have an email address as all your emails are ignored!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a tracksuit, lovely material, however ordered wrong sized joggers chose the exchange option for a different size, I have tracked the joggers I sent back and says arrived, however have heard nothing from the company about my other joggers being shipped and this was over a week ago

A have purchased a few items and generally they are decent. I have had issues with major colour fade (hoody), poor stitching of rear pocket (hole) and the metal tag fell off of a pair of tailored shorts, and one last thing is the running shorts have inferior zips on the pockets.

Broken Zip Never Been Worn
Bought a hoodie and had it hang up for about 6 weeks as I felt the medium was small sized. Went to try it on and the zipper has burst on the pocket. Contacted company stated you have 48hrs to report any issues. Basically brand new never been worn and it has a broken zip. Poor customer service who limits to 48hrs and refers you to their returns policy. Won’t use again.
Already contacted you and were quick to reply I had 48 hrs to check for defects.
