Had a small issue while trying to place an online order during a promotional sale, but Cheryl in customer service was just brilliant! She helped me through step by step, got me my order despite one of the items having gone out of stock, and checked they still applied the promotional price reduction. It is a treat to be able to have this sort of devoted and cheerful service—the way everything was sorted out so efficiently really impressed me. Massive thanks to Cheryl and staff! The customer service is just absolutely amazing. I bought a muzzle in Manchester in May, when I got it home I realised I bought the wrong colour. I emailed and asked if I could exchange the muzzle next time I was in London. Email exchange was very friendly and helpful and agreed I could exchange the muzzle when I'm in London. When I finally got to London, the team in Soho was amazing, very friendly and helpful. No issues to exchange my muzzle.

Had a holiday to berlin booked. Needed help to get the right outfits. Cris stepped up to the plate and did not let me down. After trying on a few things, he came and tweeted the fit. Walked into the Old Compton Street store “just for a look”… walked out with a Kink3D chastity cage and a newfound sense of purpose. And maybe a slight strut.

I wasn’t sure on sizing, but they patiently helped me try out a few options (with total discretion), making sure I left with the perfect fit.
