Excellent company to deal with, online ordering was simple and straight forward, with secure payment. Delivery was amazingly fast (ordered Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning) and communication from them every step of the way, such as confirmation of what had been ordered and when delivery could be expected, etc. First class.

I rang Cloggs to sort out the discount code which I couldn't apply online. The man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He applied the code for me and my Fitflops were ordered. This was about 7.30 in the evening and, without an extra charge, my shoes arrived the next day. The service provided by Cloggs is the best out of all the mail order companies I use and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered shoes at 5pm got them next day at 9am--excellent service plus free delivery!!

I always look on trust pilot before buying from a Web shop i don't know. And 8,7 out of 10 is good. But after reading some of their first rewievs i got a little nervous. But there were nothing to be nervous about! They send my shoes same day. i got my shoes 2 days after. And I am from europe. So really fast delivery. I chose express. The shoes were the right Ones. The right size. The right color . The right everything. I am very pleased with my Purchase. I love my new shoes. And the vans were very cheap in comperison to other shoe stores. So i am a happy customer! ! so many Nice shoes to choose from. I couldnt find the vans hawaii shoes anywhere other than american websites. great experience . Thank you cloggs :)

As a regular online shopper I am always very cautious about purchasing from a new online store, however I ordered from Cloggs at 7.50pm and my order arrived at 10.30am the next day. I could not have asked for a faster service, I also could not find the place to add a voucher code I had, so emailed Cloggs to see if it was possible to add it to my purchase, customer service not only emailed me straight back but added my code to my purchase and amended my payment. Unbelievable service that is the best online experience I have ever had and will definitely return again and recommend to all my friends. Thank you, Cloggs.

Bought a pair of Havaiana flip flops from Cloggs.co.uk yesterday evening - received a despatch notice within a couple of hours and received my goods today. This was a normal service and I paid £0 for delivery Exceptional service and decent price - will definitely be buying again.

I ordered my shoes one day and they arrived the next ! Excellent service and the shoes are heaven. The most comfy I have ever worn. I also had cause to contact customer service and got excellent and prompt advice.

I am an Australian and did a very simply order. What an ordeal. In the end it didn't get processed due to totally over the top security measures. Is this an internet business? On top of this the customer service correspondence was less than polite.

To all overseas purchasers give it a miss!

Ordered a shoe in brown contact them to Monday to be told the shoe was out of stock. Shouldn't have been able to order it. Had to record a navy pair which turned up the next day very early about 7:30. Few scuffs but I can't be bothered to return

I ordered some Skechers trainers at approx 4pm yesterday I selected the free 2-4 working day delivery option. By 7pm I had an email to say they had been dispatched. By 9am the very next day my trainers had arrived. I have used cloggs on several occasions and have been pleased with the service they provide. I would recommend cloggs they have an excellent selection of top quality footwear brands at competitive prices. Well done cloggs keep up the good work!

Made two purchases of basic Kickers boots to be shipped to Australia; first pair seemed to not quite make it here and were returned by the courier and I was refunded automatically. Customer service was good but somewhat unapologetic, but because of their prices I ordered another pair which never showed up.
I was told to wait further when I inquired, then after a number of weeks (amounting to months at this point) they ignored multiple emails and contact forms on their website.

Ended up having to put a Paypal claim in (just ruled in my favour), in which time I heard nothing from them either. Extremely disappointing and a mess that took a while to sort.

Ordered a pair of fitflops on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday to spain. Very impressed with the service plus I had to contact customer services to update my address details and the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter late Thursday evening and they were delivered first thing saturday morning . Was updated though out to advise of delivery .
Excellent and speedy service and would highly recommend .

I bought a pair of Minnetonka boots for my wife for Yule They were delivered very quickly but after only two months of occasional use the stitching began to open on one boot. Cloggs immediately provided a return label and the boots were duly collected at no cost.
Although the boots were mislaid at Cloggs a replacement pair were sent and arrived a day later.

I have ordered from this company over the years. But this was the first time I have ever returned something due to a fault. The refund was processed within 7 days. I then contacted them to say I would like to re purchase the same bag. And over the phone they reapplied the original discount I had on the bag. I did this Monday evening and the bag was delivered the following morning. The customer service team always respond to the emails and we're incredibly polite and helpful on the phone. I recommend this company.

I've bought from this company a few times over several years. Most of the products have been really good and at competitive prices.

I recently had a disappointing pair of Converse that started coming apart after a few months. I was pleased to find there was a really easy to use free returns service and a full refund came through very quickly. Brilliant customer service which will keep me coming back.

I was very impressed with the service received from Cloggs and my little granddaughter loves her ping ugg Gemma boots. She had to put them on at once and go out to the park to show them off.
One happy little granddaughter and excellent service from Cloggs so I am one happy customer. I will certainly continue to use this company for future purchases.
