We used Clockwork removals for our recent house move and I’d definitely recommend them. They were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Totally took the stress out of moving, paying a bit extra for the furniture dismantling and putting back together at the other side was well worth it

I could not recommend Clockwork highly enough, they were so efficient and made my house move go really smoothly without any stress at all. Lee and Martin were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they dismantled and reassembled my wardrobe so quickly I didn’t even notice they had done it, they really are true professionals! Great company, would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Worked really hard and it was a tough job. Good bunch of guys. No damage. No losses. Maybe a slightly better eye for detail when packing as some things nearly missed.

Lost items. Lost 4 computer laptops and tablets. All bought brand new totalling £600 and had no contact from them even though I phoned and left a message. Broke a desk while removing it. Basically put everything in the back, drive off and then get it unloaded as soon as you can. Nice workers, lousy work ethic for caring for most of your property.

If you use them, check to see the van after they finish. See if they have missed anything or 'mislaid' items.

Arrived early and got straight on with emptying my house. When eventually the keys arrived for new property they didnt take long to place everything into rooms according to instructions on boxes. Would not disconnect or reconnect my washer. I think I had to request this. So my fault. But we’re very willing and polite. Would definitely recommend Clockwork removals.

Clockwork removals were excellent from sorting the quote, arranging the booking to getting the job done on the day. Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful.

Moving house can be a stressful experience but the 2 removal men that moved us out of our house on the day were fantastic. They put us at ease and were very helpful and professional. It all went very smoothly and was stress free.

From the first visit through to delivering our belongings from storage we found the service to be first rate. The removal process was very professional, the staff polite, extremely helpful and extremely competent. We would highly recommend Clockwork.

Reasonably priced with all the correct protection required, I knew I was in good hands. Having the beds and a wardrobe put up was a real advantage and definitely worth the extra cost.

The action on the days was very good. However, subsequent to the visit for a quotation, we had sold quite a few items in the process of sorting out our belongings. The result was that you truncated all the job into two days rather than the three quoted for but, as the initial quote money had already been taken from our account. It did not seem as though there was any method of discussing this once we had accepted the initial quotation.

The move was relatively stress free, thanks to the professionalism of the men who carried out the move for us. They were efficient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

Amazing service from the office staff to fantastic removal team

Really great removal company, turned up on time, got things moved quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

Would strongly advise against using Clockwork Sheffield. Damaged several items of furniture two substantially. Declined request to come out to inspect the damage. In fact they couldn't care less. No respect for customers furniture. If you take care of your furniture don't trust them to look after it. I would not recommend Clockwork to anyone. insurance aside Clockwork should take care of customers furniture and reading other reviews they obviously do not. Not even interested enough to take up an offer to look at the damage caused. Makes you wonder if you decline their extortionate insurance quote they have no reason to handle your goods with care. They know they won't have to claim for damage. We have at no point asked them to cover the cost of damage we will do that. I hope the team who took our furniture into storage enjoyed the £50 tip we gave them. Had we known how much damage they had caused loading the van they would have got nothing. Seems Clockwork have no control over how some members treat customers goods. UPDATE- just received my last item of damaged furniture back from being repaired. Nine items in total at a cost of hundreds of pounds. As I stated before I did ask Clockwork to come and inspect the damage caused by the team who loaded our furniture. This request was declined by Sheffield branch and ignored by Clockwork head office. I have been advised to claim from Clockwork through the courts for the cost of repairs but when the company refuse to even inspect the level of damage they have caused and look upon the damage as an inherent risk and irrelevant is my belief that they would deny causing any damage. We had five containers and were left with five check sheets with every item listed. At the side of every item was a check box which a member overseeing the team had to fill in, at the side of every item the tick box showed no damage. It could have been worse we only placed furniture into storage all other possessions went with us and thank god they did. Money is not the issue here I have been assured that Clockwork themselves are liable not their insurance but their not worth the effort. Clockwork have even had the audacity to send correspondence to our neighbours who have seen our damage offering their services, what a joke. If anyone is thinking of using this company please be careful when their assessor tells you how they care for your goods and how professional they are. my review and several others found otherwise. Finally thank you Clockwork for costing us hundreds of pounds on top of the thousands we paid you for fourteen months storage and transport costs, and your total disregard for our furniture and disinterest for the amount of damage caused. We put our trust in you and this is how you repaid us. Cost means very little but morals and respect mean a lot Clockwork lack both of these.You will not get our custom again.

After a stressful move across the country with a different company we were dreading having to move again.

What a difference.

The team ( Dave, Josh, Martin and Paul) couldn't have been more fantastic. They answered all our questions, explained how things would work and got on with the job. It was a big move (we self packed) over three floors and a basement, plus garden stuff. Everything was handled with care. No damage to any of our items. They worked hard all day. Loaded and unloaded with efficiency. Everyone maintained a good level of humour throughout the day.

The office team was responsive and helpful. Invoicing was straightforward and clear what was covered/not covered.

Stress free moving. Thank you again. We never intend to move again - but should we or any other family member need to move I would use this company again.

Clear quote, excellent communication, very hard working removal men and very careful

Really good service. Managed to fit us in at short notice. Moving from 3 bed semi- to to 4 bed semi- down the road took from 0915 until 1730 with two men. We packed our own boxes but they disassembled and reassembled a few items for us including a day bed. They even moved our upright piano without too much fuss. Top stuff.
