Clockwork Removals and Storage - Inverness Reviews 

This is the 2nd time we have used Clockwork in just over a year and found them both times to be excellent.
From getting a quote to organizing dates etc then the actual move,all done most professionaly.

Right from my first contact with Sophie, Clockwork removals could not have been more helpful. Everything was clearly explained and I knew I could ring with any queries.
Boxes, tape and paper were delivered beforehand so I could pack (my preference).
Sophie rang in tje morning of tje move to give me and estimated time of arrival and what to expect.
Finlay, Lucas and Cameron were friendly and very careful with everything. They put me at ease as soon as they arrived and worked solidly both the day they moved me from my old house and the day they moved me into my new home.
Nothing was too much bother and I would highly recommend them.

I was going to use Clockwork Removals for my house move. I didn't end up moving, as my new landlord went against our tenancy agreement. Eddie from Inverness carried out an onsite visit to provide a quote and I found his service very professional and also the email communication. I would highly recommend this company.

Once again I was delighted with the efficiency and professionalism of the Clockwork team. They arrived bang on time and worked steadily and cheerfully right to the end. I was moving from a rented property to my new flat and, not only did they move all my belongings, they also helped me to get the furniture in the rented house back to where it had been originally. Above and beyond (!) and it saved me a lot of time and bother. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you, Clockwork, you do indeed 'run like clockwork'!

Excellent - superb job. Moved from Stornoway to Invergordon. Very helpful and appreciated how easy everything was.

We used Clockwork to relocate from Manchester to the Inverness area & utilised their storage facilities until we managed to move into our new home. Throughout the whole process the communication & assistance from Cameron & Fiona was first class - very friendly & professional ! Kenny who actually did the loading, moving etc was highly experienced, very pleasant & made it look easy ! Highly recommended !!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent friendly service from all the team that turned out to move us out of our house and the office support in getting it organised. Was kept fully up to date with plans as the pack developed and the team happily worked on later completing the pack ahead of expected timescale.

From my very first phonecall to Sophie, I felt they had everything under control. The process was simple. When the removal squad arrived, they were friendly, professional & quick. Clearly, very experienced. No damage to anything & they were amazing throughout!

Sorted out a removal from storeage after a previous company had been unable to deliver in rapid time and in the run up to Christmas! The driver managed to get the big wagon to the door (unlike the previous company) and were careful with our belongings (also unlike the other company).

Really friendly staff, if we ever move again they will be top of our list and we will recommend them to anyone and everyone moving in this area.

So far so good and my belongings are now in storage with you until the beginning of 2021.The two day two place removal went so smoothly and the team of four were excellent and a pleasure to have in my house, they couldn’t have been more thoughtful and helpful.
Cameron who was my contact and organiser in Inverness was extremely helpful and patient with my endless questions and guided me through the whole process brilliantly . Flora in the office was and is still very helpful re payments for storage. A truly great team.
