The removal guys from Orkney were great. Communication was excellent and the items picked up and delivered with no problems. Professional and friendly service.

When my building was sold and I had to move immediately the only removal company to agree to help me was Clockwork Removals. The staff were out of this world in their approach and service.
Since then I have only ever considered using Clockwork Removals and Storage. They have always proved to be an excellent service in every possible way.
My last move was very frantic and once again the staff rose to meet every challenge with professional pride in their work.
Their storage facility was used in my current move. Here my furniture, precious books, and even art materials were returned to me in pristine condition.
When I have to move again there is only one company I will choose: Clockwork Removals and Storage of course!

Wayne came and gave me a quote anticipating I'd need 10 more boxes than I had... and true enough I needed another 10 boxes.

Alex and Craig turned up at the time I was told, both were very friendly and efficient. House was packed in the vans in no time at all and they were ready and waiting at my new home when I got the keys. Van unloaded very quickly and everything put into rooms where it was needed. No damaged items. Would definitely recommend them!

The removal people worked really hard during a boiling hot day and then undertook a long drive to our destination. It all happened smoothly and with no fuss.

The staff replying to emails were reassuring when our completion date kept changing and when the completion date was finally confirmed our move was accommodated at quite short notice.

The move went like clockwork.

Wayne at Clockwork is exceptional at helping us out whenever required. The team that come to site are always very helpful.

From our first meeting with Wayne, Clockwork's quotation person at our old house, to waving our removal men goodbye at the end of moving day, Clockwork's service has been excellent. We would say exceptional. They even did such a great job of rebuilding our bed it doesn't creak anymore!

We had a great experience with Clockwork. From the virtual assessment by Roy to the removal day itself we couldn't fault them. Lee and his team on both days worked hard, and were very patient and flexible with us when Plan A didn't quite work for furniture placement😄. Definitely recommend them.

Really great packing and moving experience with Johnnie, Mako and Max. They were all very polite and considerate the whole 2 days and were very mindful of being efficient and moving belongings where we wanted them in the end property. From start to finish, it was a great service and Josh the surveyor was also friendly and took care in responding quickly to our queries ahead of the moving date. I highly reccomend these guys

Overall, our move went smoothly and the two removal men who helped us on the day worked incredibly hard. They were polite, and did their best, especially considering they were working during the recent heatwave however they too were disappointed that they had to work on the job in that heat with only 2 of them.

However, I was disappointed that only two people were sent to complete the removal of our four-bedroom house. We were told this was considered a “team”, but it felt under-resourced for the size of the move and undoubtedly made an already demanding job even more difficult for the staff. Had to constantly

Unfortunately, the aftercare has also been disappointing. I’ve made two phone calls and sent two emails to arrange collection of the empty boxes, but I’ve yet to receive a response. Good communication shouldn’t stop once the move is complete.

Note: our boxes were collected after chasing the company for over a week and after they promised they’d turn up and nobody showed up until the following day (which happened to be after I left my tripadvisor review online!). Also worth noting, the staff themselves complained to me that only two people had been put onto this job and that the staff in the office didn’t care as they’re only assigning people to jobs vs actually doing the work.

Clockwork Edinburgh team were on our recent move and Dean and the crew were hardworking, respectful and friendly - just brilliant.

They were very professional and caring and made a very stressful time much less traumatic, and same goes for Crystal and Alex in the office, helping us find a solution at the last moment when things had gone awry with our onward move.

We have already recommended Clockwork to friends who are considering moving and based on our experience wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Talet, Gergely, and Norbert were incredible. They moved our entire house in a single day. They worked efficiently, handled everything with great care, and didn’t damage a single item. They dismantled and reassembled all of our furniture flawlessly, and throughout the whole process they were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. These guys are the best, from the quote to start with, to the actual move, all was so so good. Team moving were great - so great that I realised that there was too much left for me and my friend, so we got them back again. Lovely team again (different) but again so polite, respectful and helpful.
