Visited the Deal branch for a vaccination, they didn’t update my record on the NHS and have been super rude and unhelpful at trying to resolve the problem (which they caused! ) . Wouldn’t recommend

I took a vulnerable adult for a…
I took a vulnerable adult for a vaccination with Clockwork pharmacy in Deal Kent. Found the front line staff very rude, passive aggressive, a bit Karen in fact. Very quick to tell you what they couldn’t do for you. That typical small town office mentality. We had a little hiccup in our booking and most of the staff jumped on us verbally like a pack of wolves. It felt quite bullying and intimidating, in fact. The Wolfpack leader was a chubby, she had short grey hair and wore glasses. She came across as very militant.
There is no excuse for poor customer care, especially making the patient feel quite vulnerable and intimidated. I worked in A and E for 10 years and no matter how stressful it, got I and others always managed to smile and treat others with compassion. The world is in a bad place right now and a smile goes a long way. It takes more muscles to smile than to frown.
Hope this can be taken forward.
We shall not be returning to this den of negativity.
Sort it out Clockwork.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service: walked in to enquire about travel vaccinations, and they sorted me out there and then. Staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
