Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago and it is still preparing to ship. It is no use contacting customer service via phone or chat. They barely respond and when they do, I receive the same information that is on the website, "in the warehouse". Will not be ordering from Clinique.com again and I've been a customer for 20 years.

HEY CLINIQUE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ONCE I NEVER GOT PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE!!!!! 9 days ago I bought a product online on the Dutch Clinique site. Till now my product did not arrive. After getting an email from UPS that product would arrive last Friday, when on Friday nothing arrived I went to track and trace and read the news that a new delivery dat as being planned. With no explanation at aal in WHY. I was at the delivery address in Friday! After calling twice the absurdly inefficient costume care service number in Amsterdam, (I got from klantenservice the same answers as UPS ' : a new date is being planned'), I received and email from Clinique attesting I should go check ALL UPS delivery points in Amsterdam. This is really an outraged absurd klantonvriendelijk answer. So I decided I want to CANCEL the buy, once I PAYED BUT NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT!!! BUT KLANTENSERVICE SAID IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!! Insane, she said I should change the address of delivery and see if it works??? Is this a JOKE? Why should I?? THIS IS STEALING OR WHAT? I WANT MY MONEY BACK FORV THE PRODUCT I PAYED AND NEVER GOT IT!!!

Disgraceful customer treatment and support
Our order got returned to the store because they chose a grossly incompetent delivery service while knowing this service thrash. They made no attempt to fix the problems they created and basically laughed in our faces. They deserve nothing more than be shut down for malpractice.
Edit: Even after their 'contact' on this review they continue to laugh in the face of their customer.

Worst experience (Clinque Canada)
Clinique let me down big time. Spent $120 expecting a free 72h cream, but it disappeared at checkout. Customer service couldn't fix it, and canceling the order was a no-go.
Got conflicting info – first, they said it was canceled, then it shipped two days later. Their excuse? "Fast shipping" that took over five days to dispatch. Yeah, figure that one out.
They promised free returns, but now they want me to pay for shipping. Not cool, especially since I tried to cancel over the promo mess-
I feel very tired!! That the customer service didnt help me

I asked the Clinique chat agent for a free return label and she said she would send it to me within 1-2 business days. But in over a week she didn't send it. After I posted on Trustpilot, I received an email from Online Service Specialty saying they do not offer free return labels. What does this mean? Does this mean that their chat agent deceived consumers?

I’ve stopped purchasing Clinique products. Every time I purchase something I absolutely love they discontinue the product. I am now up to 4 discontinued products.
First was years ago shy brown eyeliner. If I had of known I would have purchased 50 of them. Then a lip gloss, foundation and now another lip gloss. It is so frustrating to then try and match what looks good on you. $$$ spent to try and find replacements.

I bought a product and returned it to Clinique. A couple days later, I received an email saying it was received and the return would take time 1-2 days to process at which time, I would get anther email updating the closure and when to expect the money back to my account. A couple days later, the product was sent back to me. It's been 5 days and I have had no other email. Tried online chat to resolve the issue and they could not or would not answer my question as to what happened. Just said they would send a label for me to return it again. Called customer care line and the person in the call center could not understand my issue and answer my question either. I will never buy online again and worry about dealing with crap like this. Poor customer care.

Clinique’s Online Fail Follows Their Mall Kiosk Fail
1- The site zeroed out my loyalty points. I spent hundreds of dollars there for them to disallow a small token gift.
2- The models & uploaded photos on the Clinique site are the absolute worst. They have truly cheapened the standing of their brand. Looks dirty and rock-bottom cheap online. Cheap, as in makeup on display at a traveling fair. Not sure if that is Clinique trying to be edgy, but it’s a big fail.
3- The online promos say “sitewide” with no exclusions, but that isn’t what I am seeing. I went there, tried to buy an item - no promo applied. Chatted with a rep online & they said, yes it should be on sale. But the sale price never applied. I threw up my hands & went elsewhere. Another roadblock to sales.
4- The site itself lags. The search doesn’t work well. Very hard to shop online at Clinique. And I have refused to shop at Clinique mall kiosk for over a decade - even worse customer service.

Live chat didn't help.
Spent 20+ minutes with live chat agent without any result. The agent seems to chat with other customers. I kept waiting without response. Finally, I gave up buying and left the chat.
The agent who chats with me is very unprofessional, he can't answer my simple question. I'm a first-time purchaser but will not continue with such customer service. Very disappointed.

BEWARE - be very, very sure of your order
BEWARE - they say the give you 30 minutes to cancel, but I don't think it's true. Then when the order has not even shipped yet, they make it impossible to cancel or even make a modest price adjustment. I used to like Clinique, but remembering this experience will now make me growl every time I see the product or pass their counters. They just lost a life long customer.

Deplorable customer service
Attempted to cancel the order within the first 30 minutes which an according to their confirmation email is an option.After 4 attempts contacting customer service and over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue, the order has not been cancelled more than 48 hours later. I attempt to send email and get an auto response. Absolutely deplorable customer service. Shame on you Clinique. You used to be a brand that could be trusted, not anymore. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

product burned my face and they refuse to refund......
bought 2 neck and face creams, used one and face peeled significantly, contacted Clinique they asked for photos, provided, they apologised, I asked to return to 2 jars (£75 each) they ignored the email, chased again and they asked for batch numbers, Asked to raise a complaint twice they ignored. Spent over £300 last month and they just keep ignoring me. They refuse to raise a formal complaint or allow me to return the 2 jars (one unopened and 1 used 3 times so basically full). NO option but to contact the financial ombudsman for a refund. My advice is to use an organisation who cares about their products and clients such as Medik8

Ordered products. Recieved notification from bank that credit card was charged. Recieved no email. If my phone had not saved the account information for the site, I would of thought I used a false site. Neither the chat or phone rep could find a record for my order. (They were polite and tried to help.)
I have a pending charge on my credit card. I will make another call to my bank to cancel charge. Horrible onsite ordering system.

They steal your loyalty points.
Every year they steal your hard-earned loyalty points on the anniversary of signing up. So, say you join on Jan 1st and then on December 29th the same year you spend £200, all the points you earn for that purchase will be deleted on Jan 1st. It's a complete scam. Why not just say that all points must be spent within 12 months of being awarded?

Twice EVRI delivery has left my Clinique order at the wrong address. Clinique customer service helpline was extremely helpful and immediately re-sent my order with no qualms or issues. Cannot fault the service...and the products. 10 out of 10.

The website is impossible to navigate. Although I have signed in the site isn’t recognising that I have therefore won’t let me view or use my tier 2 points. Customer service ‘chat’ is useless. I have spent huge amounts of money with Clinique. I will be researching other products if things don’t improve very quickly

I have used clinique aromatics for many years love it. Bought 100ml from the Perfume shop £97.00 like water almost no smell although usually very heavy perfume,retuned and was given replacment (assured it was not fake) same,rang Clinique they said number on box was one of theirs but that could be faked as well? So I will find another perfume.wasted £97.00

They promoted a free gift set and did not deliver.
Clinique advertised on their webpage an offer of spend $90 get a free gift. After I placed the order and received the order confirmation I saw the free gift pack was not included. When I chatted with them online - they said sorry, that offer finished the day before. I said that I purchased the products I did to get the offer (one more than I needed) and they said sorry it was for a previous day. WT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. He said they could not, I had to wait to receive my order then I needed to pay to send it back to them to get it cancelled. Seriously!!!! Any other business would have honoured it - fraudulent activity I say, with false advertising

Placed my usual order from Clinique on 20 august 23 , never had a problem before with delivery but this time never received it , normally takes 2 to 3 days. Have tried to contact Clinique 3 times and each time have been told by a chatbot to wait so many more working days. I know I am being fobbed off and their customer service is absolutely disgusting. It’s frustrating enough to lose 26 pound but not even to get a decent response is just not on. Love the moisturiser but as a matter of principle will not use it ever again even from another site as I feel Clinique do not deserve any loyalty.

Good product, worst customer service
Worst customer service ever. All I wanted was for my parcels to not require a signature on delivery since I live in a rural location and have a parcel box, but I got a lot of "we don't do that" and basic computer says no rubbish. They've lost a customer since other companies will deliver their products straight to the parcel box.
