They were responsive and dealt well with my very detailed enquiries before the booking. The moving went as per the plan, as they promised they provided a large van - no surprises, no issues. I am writing a good review as promised - I might use their services soon and I will post an update if I have any issues but to be fair they were perfect this time.
After having trouble with other van hire services, I stumbled on ClicVan through an online ad and it turned out to be a better experience than I could have imagined.
I spoke with Adam on numerous occasions throughout the day because they had technical issues with their system, and yet he kept me updated and persisted with trying to find a solution for booking. He eventually provided me with a solution and he had arranged a driver to come within a few hours.
The driver was Ahmed and, even though I paid for 'No help from driver required' because my brother and I were prepared to load and unload everything ourselves, he still generously voluntarily helped us with everything.
Adam was courteous and considerate throughout and apologetic about the system issues. Ahmed was a very pleasant driver who was more than helpful. On top of these fantastic experiences, I only paid £38 for two hours with a large van, which easily beat any other price I could find let alone with such wonderful customer service. I would certainly recommend ClicVan based on my experience.

Moving from place to place is really a bug thing. And when you r alone it's almost impossible. But with clicVan I felt relaxed. They took care of all my furniture and all house hold stuffs.
