Amazing service. The kids air mattress had a hole in it, I ordered the part with their online service. I received a phone call from moose toys (supplier) a couple days laters which I unfortunately missed but they rang again a couple days after that. They asked a couple of questions, didn’t need much details, and they sent the part out. Received less than a week later after the call completely free of charge. Fab service, very pleased and highly recommend using this service if you need a replacement part for your Argos order.

Quick delivery, replacement drawer handle arrived in two days. Easy to communicate with and kept up to date on progress!

Lisa Pritchard went out of her way to help when the four table and chairs we ordered came without any bolts at all and one seat was missing. Ordered on Monday received on Wednesday…..unbelievable service and customer relations is second to none . Highly recommend this company they are first class

Poor and a waste of my time! Unfortunately after purchasing poor quality furniture from Argos I have had to endure the painful process of trying to order parts for chest of draws (Jenson range) on two separate occasions.
Firstly, be prepared to answer 101 questions about replacement parts, you will need to answer and return several emails even if it's just for 1 bag of screws. Then, after completing this minefield they will use their final shot at not sending you parts by trying to charge you for them.
This company will try everything to not send you any required parts.
I refused to pay for mine. I would rather buy new furniture from a better company and not give Argos and Clickspares the satisfaction.
Argos are closing stores left right and centre, obviously this will end up in full closure of all stores and online and no doubt the end of Click Spares... And they only have themselves to blame. Awful customer service and after sales from both companies. Well done LP your getting quite famous on these reviews! How incredibly sad!

I contacted Click Spares because there was a slight defect in a tiny part of a desk I was erecting. The very following day an exact replacement for my part arrived and I completed the furniture that day. I have never known such speedy and impecable service.

I waited over 12 months for a replacement cover for my out door furniture but they kept me informed at all times. It wasn't their fault it was the manufacturer who didn't send it to them.
I was pleased with their overall service.

Used to replace parts for a flatpack wardrobe from Argos. Prompt straightforward communication. Replacement parts arrived immediately. I've never experienced such excellent customer service before.

Bought and built a flat pack wardrobe but one of the fixing components was broken. Emailed click spares, they emailed me back within the hour for dinner additional information. After responding the following day I received a response to confirm they had dispatched some spares. Within the next 3 business days they arrived as promised.

I wasn’t aware of click spares until I had a Google search. My broken drawer on daughters unit had broken and I managed to order the spare parts.
This has saved me time and money as was considering purchasing a whole new chest of drawers.
I have received all the parts of the drawer to make a new and has now fixed the problem.
I 100% recommend this site to anyone who purchases furniture from Argos and can save you so much in replacing broken or missed parts.

Bought a nest of tables of Argos, one of the legs of one table was faulty. Phoned Argos and within 5 days I received a new leg for the table. From the call to the delivery I received excellent service , will definitely do business with them again

A small grub screw was missing from the assembly pack. I contacted Click Spares, a delivery slot was advised and the part arrived by am post a couple of days later. The assembly is now completed.
The Click Spares Team delivered the goods, I am impressed with the service and courtesy extended by the Team.

Wow, after a first awful experience with Aldi through missing parts (covers + cushions) with the Egg Chairs, we were eventually pointed in the direction of Click Spares. I don't know why they didn't tell us about this service in the first place, when we contacted them to explain parts were missing. However, they responded with a paltry £15 refund offer or return the part orders. We didn't want to take either choice, we wanted the missing items.
The service and speed at which Click Spares saved the day was just amazing. They've responded to our emails every time and been really patient while we've looked up info to verify the purchase. They couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery was really speedy too. I wish all retailers used them, so easy, gives credit to the words Customer Service.
