Avoid this company. I ordered a cover for a Potterton Boiler weeks ago and still not received. When I chased they said they would send out on 24 hours delivery, unsurprisingly still not received. Chased again, they said the courier didn't pick it up. The courier is allegedly collecting today, I don't think that's true, they are just avoiding having to refund me. Utterly dreadful!

The product arrived as expected on the 6th, in good condition, and was exactly what I had ordered. I think the website could use a refresh, but otherwise a good experience, and would use clickonbathrooms.com again.

Ordered Tre Mercati Vict1 chrome basin taps and got delivery to Ireland, and the wrong taps came, i emailed them back stating this and the day after they changed the image on their website and said send the taps back for full refund, postage was 45% of the purchase price.
They knew what they were doing.
