Best customer support ever.
I've been a quick funnels customer since 2018. Even though there are other options available now, I stay with clickfunnels because of Todd Dickerson and Russell Brunson.
They care about people, and it filters down through their management. I had a bit of a issue that I caused myself and they helped me work through it and made things right for me.
Danny is my hero
Danny is the one of a kind and every session I have had with him he puts his heart and godspeed into! He has fixed things for me in minutes that would have taken me weeks literally. Amazing ClickFunnels Coaching!
Danny Walsh helped me built my first funnel to promote my book "Delivering The Fetus: How to Make a Killer Low-Budget Horror Movie with Practical Effects". He even helped split it into two options for movie merchandise bundle and a filmmaking course. Now, lot of bugs, error, similar solution with 6x cheaper...
So i guess, Clickfunnel positionning as "premium", but when you ask for refund because your customer left because of some errors/reactivity, no one answering to the request. (better : they ignoring your message).

I was not convinced to begin with, however…
I was not convinced to begin with that Clickfunnels was the right choice instead of 'Go high level' however upon further enquiring about what was included I discovered that Clickfunnels is a complete business solution for me with no hidden extra costs. Because of Go High Levels open ended billing that is pay as you use, I had no idea how much I would end up paying to run my business, and as a start up business owner I needed to know this fact. Beyond this, I have found it surprisingly insightful to work with both Jessie Vale and Danny Welsh. I hired them to help me build my funnel and got that plus, one-on-one help with my whole business and personal growth; they helped me to jump any hurdles to achieve the impact I needed and shifts within myself. I enjoyed their insights into big picture brainstorming of our game plan the most and their friendship that unfolded throughout the experience. So glad I went with Clickfunnels and met these guys.

Quick & Easy to Build Out a Business
I have found Clickfunnels to be a great platform. Their support has always been great - kind, helpful, and quick to fix issues.
The platform itself works well and has everything you need to run a business. I love how easily it can be customised - from funnels, to web pages, to emails. I love what I've built out on this platform and how quick and easy it is to do so.

Kristopher was very helpful and figured my problem out quickly. He gave me the information I needed within 10 minutes and it fixed my problem. I love Clickfunnels overall but honestly, they have the best chat customer service!
Very Disappointed – ClickFunnels Affiliate Program is NOT What It Seems
I had high hopes for the ClickFunnels affiliate program and put in a lot of time, energy, and money into promoting their product. Everything was going well — I was generating leads, making sales, and finally started earning thousands of dollars in commissions. Then, out of nowhere, my affiliate account was suspended without warning.
No explanation. No communication. Just locked out.
When I reached out to support, I got vague responses about “compliance issues,” but no specifics were ever provided. I never used shady tactics or violated any obvious rules. It honestly feels like once affiliates start making decent money, they look for a reason to shut you down so they don’t have to pay.
This is incredibly unethical and unprofessional for a company that claims to empower entrepreneurs. I trusted ClickFunnels, but now I can’t recommend this program to anyone. If you’re planning to promote them, be warned — all your hard work can be wiped out overnight, and your commissions withheld.
There are better, more transparent affiliate programs out there. Don’t waste your time with ClickFunnels.
