Great support and service

I’ve had a really positive experience using C4A. The level of support and assistance has been a real standout for me. From the start, the team were incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and running smoothly, which made what could have been a complicated process feel much more manageable.
What’s been just as valuable is the ongoing support. It hasn’t just stopped at the initial setup – they’ve been on hand to help fine tune things along the way, making sure the system works in the best way for our service. That flexibility and willingness to support beyond the basics has made a big difference.
Overall, the responsiveness, knowledge and approachable nature of the support team have been a huge positive, and it’s really enhanced our experience of using C4A.

Good entry point for chatbot experience

I've found the team at C4A to be really helpful, and very responsive. We've required a lot of investigative help to tweak the bots and tailor them to our requirements, and Luke and Fraser have been very helpful. Debbie is efficient and nothing ever seems like too much hassle.

Click4assistance provide excellent customer service

Click4assistance provide excellent customer service; they have been responsive and helpful with our queries. Their pricing structure could have been clearer and there are some limitations to the functions on the back end which has meant that we have not been able to customize the chats to look exactly how we wanted. However, the software is easy to use and understand. There have also been no technical difficulties so far. Overall our experience with Click4assistance has been a positive.

Partnership working at its best…

We have been working with Click4Assistance since 2022 and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their approach to customer service and partnership working is truly excellent. We use their chatbots, which allow us to configure as we go rather than waiting for a 'service ticket' to be responded to - a must in a busy & diverse CX environment. The team at C4A are also amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble - just excellent!

Easy to learn and GREAT customer service

I have recently joined a company that use Click4Assistance and have found the software simple to navigate and a great experience for our customers.
Scott is my contact and he is extremely responsive, helpful and enthusiastic about the product. I would definitely recommend!

Incredibly Helpful

An effective solution backed by a team who are a pleasure to work with

Decent Solution

We have been using the C4A live chat on our website for a few months now as a new way for our members to contact us. It's a good application and provides value for money. Additionally, the C4A business development manager, Ondre Sterling, has been very helpful in guiding us to choose the best plan for our needs. Their technical support and training processes are also straightforward and readily available. Overall, we are pleased with this solution so far.
