Excellent service, from the initial survey to the installation.
Richard M built us a perfect under stair closet. He was punctual, helpful and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Had Clever Closets on the 14/8/25 , the two guys that arrived Graham and Mathew both very conscientious in their work ,after completing the job made sure everything was cleaned up after them ,then took time to explain everything to us (this was the one with the two door closet ) very happy with the result ,well done both

Fraser Forbes fitted our under stairs clever closet.
Arrived very promptly and set up sheeting and matting to keep control of the mess from removal of wall, door and framing. Controlled and removed the waste comprehensively.
Very professional and quality installation with attention to detail.
I would recommend clever closets as a product and Fraser Forbes as a professional tradesman.

Ben Northwood fitted our under stairs cupboards yesterday. They look amazing and were fitted to a very high standard in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Clever Closets and Ben for his expertise and very high standard of work.

Graham was fantastic with installing new storage, installed within three hours. Very easy to use, Couldn’t be happier with it.

Malcolm was fantastic, really friendly, talked me through everything and carried out the work super quickly. I’m really happy with the new storage, we had 3 drawers and tall cupboard installed. He worked around all the electric and gas metres. Would definitely recommend the company, their customer service from the sales team was excellent as well.

Clever Closets have turned an ugly almost unusable under stairs area into a smart storage area with 6 good size drawers and a large coats cupboard with room for the vacuum & ironing board. The installation guys were brilliant, cleaned as they worked, only took them 6 hours. We are very impressed, would certainly recommend.

From start to finish had a great experience. Appointments were kept, install day Came, Geoff fitted the units in no time. Left zero mess and the end result was perfect.

Will use again.

Really disappointed at how we were treated by Tony in Clever closets. Initially, his communication was great by e-mail. However, then he came to the house to measure up and provide a quote. We haven't heard from him since. He didn't provide a quote or reply to our subsequent e-mails. He obviously didn't want the job (possibly because it was on the first floor of our house), but didnt have the common courtesy to tell us. Rude and a poor business man. I would leave well alone.

This is second time i have been in contact with Clever Closets. The first Mid 2020 wanting to proceed with the quote offer and nothing happened no answer to their phone or email contact.
I recently got back in touch 1/09/21provided all the info they needed in quote preparation and no response to my phone call always promising to get back to me and they do say on their web site and email they provide nationwide service supply and install but this is not true as they only cover certain post codes and if yours is not covered hard luck.
They are promoting services that are false misleading and in breach of the law

Today I had fitted my under stairs closet with clever closet. I found the company online and decided to give it a go. I couldn’t been more happier with the result. David came and did all the work and it really fit very nicely, excellent finish. Very professional and respectful. Covid assessment was done at his arrival, and wore the mask all times. He did most of the work outside the house in a gazebo to minimize contact.
I am very happy with my choice and the company. I would recommend it.

Cancelled 1 minute before fitter was due to arrive, even after confirming the appointment less than 24 hours ago. No way of reaching these people - avoid and use someone else

I found the service to be efficient, reliable and professional from start to finish.
My new clever closets beneath the stairs allow me to make effective use of this area.
