I bought the wrong upgrade package for PowerDVD and when I contacted customer service, Katlyn wrote back the same day and offered me my money back. The next day everything was handled smoothly and no problems. That is what I call a good customer service.

Exceptional Five Star service from Cleverbridge.
I contacted Cleverbridge about an unrecognised transaction. Within hours I had a response explaining the transaction. I then wished to cancel the annual payment as no longer required. Almost immediately this was actioned and my account refunded.
This is exceptional service, the like of which is very rare nowadays. Full marks to Cleverbridge. Well done and thank you

Quick Resolution
I purchased NTFS for Mac and the program loads up great and read our other drives well, but we weren't able to get our main RAID 5 drive to mount so ended up requesting a refund. The initial response took awhile to hear back but upon following up they responded right away and resolved the matter. The other NTFS drives mounted fine though, just not the RAID, so would use the service again if primarily focused on those, and it might have also been a compatability issue with our particular RAID setup.

NO Customer Service. Possibly fradulent billing activity
They have tried to double bill me for their service. They have used an incorrect reference number for this. This differers from the email they sent to me and also the account information on the CCleaner settings/window. They do not respond to email or phone calls. I have saved into my Archive the original email that they sent about renewal. It does not match the Cleverbridge acct number NOR the activation code for CC Cleaner Pro. This information has also been saved into my archive.

Outstanding customer service
Cleverbridge has the best customer service. I needed help with an account issue, emailed late one evening, and received a response in just a few hours from John Lee. He did an excellent job resolving the issue.
Nightmare
I downloaded CC Cleaner Pro and did a driver update. 10 drivers were recommended for update. During the update my computer crashed. I could not fix it so luckily I have a friend who knows what he is doing. After for 4hrs trying lots of solutions including restore and re-loading Windows without losing all my files we gave up and reloaded Windows by deleting all files at the same time so I lost everything that was not backed up. And have to re-install all my software and apps again. It's a nightmare. Thanks Clevebridge for wrecking my machine and losing my data.

cancelation refund
my work was finished in exactly when my free trial expired,but I forgot to cancel the renewal. so it happened automatically, I informed via costumer support service to refund and they answer me in a few moment that your cancelation is done and your money will be back ina few days.I was really surprised, and great thanks to Menandro who helped this happens.
Great Service
When I first contacted support, I wasn't optimistic that my issue would be resolved at all, let alone quickly. So, I was braced for a fight. However, responses to my inquiry were met timely and clearly walked me thru want was needed to resolve the situation.
The representative that assisted me, Romel, was patient, professional and obviously cared about finding a solution. I was pleasantly surprised with the complete resolution of the current issue so that it doesn't happen again. Can't get better than that!

Misunderstanding led to them taking an autopayment renewal that I never meant to authorize. When I called it to their attention, they fixed the problem and refunded the $147 quickly, wihout complaint, keeping me in the loop as they did so. Don’t need their produce but almost wish
