I really want to say a big thank to clever mortgages for always providing me with and update and keeping in touch.And a special thank you to April for helping me to secure a a great deal. I really reccomend this company.

I cannot thank April and the team enough. Despite a long turbulent journey of over 15months with two vendors pulling out just before completion, April continued to do everything she could to help me secure the best mortgage for the third property that we finally moved into last week. Her knowledge, warmth & efficiency was second to none and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done over the last 15months. The whole team were approachable and helpful and equally as efficient, responding to emails asap and making regular contact with the estate agents and solicitors to push everyone along and pull everything together. They would update me weekly and were reliable and trustworthy throughout. Nothing was ever too much to ask. The service they provided was worth every single penny and I would definitely use again. I have already recommended Clever Mortgages to others and without hesitation will continue to do so. A great experience, which I can not fault.

From start to finish they have been really supportive, especially with this being my first property and a novice. When the solicitors were being slow, they pushed them over the line at every hurdle and made sure I got completion within the timeframe. I was really frightened of applying for a mortgage and looking at my finances but my mortgage broker Nigel was so reassuring and kind. He called me in the evening after work and kept me up to date with every step of the way. The administration team were very efficient and communication was fast, clear about everything. I was a complete beginner so they held my hand at every step of the way. Super kind, efficient and organised , this was in complete contrast to the housing group I was purchasing from.

Clever mortgages, highly recommend using them , I never thought it would be possible getting a mortgage if you haven’t got the best credit report . But thanks to them I moved into my house today . Special mention to Beth and Sarah who were fantastic and anyone else who gave us a call, every single call you received from these was always very positive of the highest order and I will be forever greatful to these as they’ve made my dream come true
