This is a scam very scam. Their service continues to charge additional fees, the payment I have already transferred has still not been acknowledged. Keep ask extra money from system message. This situation is completely ridiculous and highly disappointing.
And also reject fully refund.
Further more this scam company tricky keeping charge money from my bank account for another two months! Disgraceful ! Disgraceful ! Disgraceful !

Overly lengthy process - expensive, poor customer service
Overly lengthy process, submitted documents twice and still no acknowledgement, poor customer service, still waiting for a refund, and they are still withdrawing £8 a month for a subscription I was not made aware of until i challenged the charge. I requested a cancellation of the service a month ago. I have just had a response, but no mention of my refund. Have had to chase yet again.
