If you're considering hiring Cleanse Force UK for any cleaning services, especially for something as sensitive and important as a hoarder's house, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not wish this ordeal on anyone.

I contacted Cleanse Force UK in early June, after painstaking negotiations with a family member who finally agreed to have their home cleaned. The date and time were set for August 12th at 9 am. Given the delicate psychological situation, this was a crucial and carefully planned event. However, Cleanse Force UK proved themselves to be entirely untrustworthy, unreliable, and utterly unprofessional.

On the scheduled day, Monday, August 12th, we waited anxiously for their arrival. Instead of a cleaning team, we received a call from "Steve," who informed us that their truck had broken down and was an hour away. He promised to call back within 30 minutes. What followed was a day filled with endless calls, text messages, and complete silence from their end. It wasn't until late afternoon that I finally received a message stating they would arrive the next morning at 9 am.

Tuesday came and went in a similar fashion—no one showed up. Once again, I spent the entire morning attempting to reach them, with no response until 2 pm, when Steve called to say the truck was now repaired and assured us they'd be there on Wednesday morning, 100% guaranteed. When I asked if they wanted to cancel, Steve adamantly refused, insisting they would definitely be there.

Wednesday, 9 am—you guessed it, nobody showed up. After countless calls, texts, and even emails, I received an email from "Jane" in the afternoon, claiming the truck had broken down again due to a jammed gearbox. Conveniently, this story contradicted Steve's earlier excuse about a water leak. Clearly, these people can't even keep their lies straight.

Cleanse Force UK has demonstrated a total lack of consideration for their clients, showing zero respect for the sensitive nature of our situation. We had one critical window of opportunity to get this job done, and thanks to their incompetence and blatant dishonesty, that window is now gone, possibly forever.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Cleanse Force UK at all costs. They are a complete waste of time and have no regard for the well-being of their clients.

Steve and his team have been absolutely amazing and we will be using them again! I had some financial concerns due to my wife’s health and me not being able to handle this alone. Steve allows me to spoilt my payments making this more manageable for me. I’m so please and we will be using these guys again. I recommend Joseph as he was who just got on with the job x

The company said "odour elimination' however, odour did not eliminated at all. One cleaner came and took 5 hours. Took money for a job that was not done.

Took money for a job that was not done. I did it, it took me 3 weeks to clear flys and larve from flat after I paid £780 to get done. Poor poor quality in all areas. Stay away.

Very disappointed, agreed a date with this company and paid a deposit for their services. When no one arrived I had to chase the company to find out why, they said the van that was coming was damaged and they wouldn't be able to make it. Now even though this was not my fault they said they could only move me to the back of the queue and I'd have to wait 2-3 months for another appointment or accept a refund. The fact they knew the delicacy of the situation and were supposed to be helping someone vulnerable and just how hard it had been for that person to come forward and ask for help left a very bitter taste. Clearly when the problem is at their side they do not prioritise the client even though their site claims to offer emergency support 24/7. I do not recommend.
