I ordered from Cleanse and Co on the…

I ordered from Cleanse and Co on the 14th of January. I still have not received my order. I emailed them. No reply. The only response I got was when I posted a comment on their instagram. They said they replied to my email. Yet nothing has come through. Truly terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

Do Not Buy - waste of time

So far, my experience with cleanse and co is unsatisfactory. I have paid for express shipping and postage insurance and it's been more than 1 month (this does not include the processing time, nor the turn around time for complaint communication) and still no items. Don't waste your money. There is no suitable way of contacting them - other than an email address, which you are asked to wait another 48-72 hours for a response.

If i could give them 0 stars i would

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I placed an order on October 31st and still have not received. Its a Christmas advent calendar with crystals. It is December 14th and i will not receive until after Christmas. They emailed me in November stating it would be late and that they would email with in a week with more details. Of course that email never came. I reached out multiple times requesting a cancellation and a refund and did not hear back. After about 2 weeks they have emailed back and of course they conveniently “shipped” the item. According to them December 1st the item. I requested proof of receipt that it was shipped and of course they crop out the shipment date on the receipt. The scariest part is i had emails from them after December 1st stating they were still working through orders. That part of the email chain has some how disappeared. This company is definitely a scam. They have horrible and rude customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company. They shouldn't be in business anymore

Not even worth one star

Placed an order at the beginning of January. It “got lost”. I found out it was lost bc I had to contact the sender, who then had to do an investigation. Not once has cleanse abs co acknowledged this is their fault. Have been requesting a refund/replacement for over 8 weeks now and have yet to receive. Will not respond to emails. So disappointing. Would not recommend.

Terrible Service and Very Unhelpful

I thought I would try out this company as I was liking the look of their products. I'm now regretting it. Thinking it could be a scan.

Ordered on December 27th and it wasn't ready to be picked up from them until January 18th. The couriers picked up the order on the 21st and the order was put in transit. The order has been in transit since then.

The estimated arrival time has started getting later and later. I have started to think that there might be no hope that my order is coming.

Another thing is that you can only contact them by email or message on there website. When you message them on their website, you don't get any reply and they are not helpful what so ever. You are also not even able to contact the couriers.

Even if this is the couriers fault, this company has chosen this courier to deliver their products and should be ashamed that this is what the result is.

This company has terrible service and I do not recommend buying any products from here.

Disgusting service, broke my heart to see

I loved this company and all of their products until I saw a thread on social media and the way they are treating their customers.

Posting customers private details is a breach of the privacy act and shows absoultuely disgusting moral code.

People being frustrated with shipping delays have a right to be because the issues and excuses the business has provided are not the customers problem, how about you take some accountability, you can clearly see by past reviews from when covid wasn’t even an issue the shipping delays are an ongoing issue. As a business would you not take learnings from that to scale your business accordingly ? We as customers don't care to hear you cant run a business properly and thats why there are delays and to just accept it, and to jump off the back of covid and lockdowns?

Every single other business ive ordered from in the SAME position i have received shipping or delivery before this company even processes an order. I have even recevied products from overseas before a shipping notice is even sent out.

If you cant handle or resource the volume dont have the sales and product releases then. Even the item ive ordered not from sales on your average day are taking forever, ive not once complained or whinged because I liked the products and it made up for it but to see this treatment of customers and then this major breach of privacy, absolutely will not support a company like this.

Absolutely gut wrenching and shattering to see and i dont even know this person it has happened to!

I am even writing this from a different email I've orderd from in FEAR my details will be posted publically. What an absolute sad reality that is!

So if you choose to continue to order from this company please do expect extensive delays and dont you dare ask where your order is, or for an update or make a point you've paid for shipping (a service ) that cant be delivered properly or you'll be faced with major backlash and potentially privacy breaches and trolls contacting you. In the mean time keep watching their stories of them taking no accountability and having a different excuse every day, then holding more sales they can’t handle and releasing new products while you sit waiting for your order for MONTHS , not that is not an exaggeration.

Plenty of business courses out there on how to scale a business accordingly. Interested to hear what their excuse will be once lockdown has ended again. Father’s Day, Christmas ? Popes birthday?

Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered 4 whole weeks before Christmas to ensure that my order would arrive in time (live in the same country as Cleanse and Co).
Took 2 weeks to post and 4 weeks after I placed the order there is still no parcel in sight.
I have bought from other crystal stores and have received the item the next day.
Super slow shipping is apparently very common with this company. Do not recommend and wouldn’t buy from them again.

Customer service is appalling

Customer service is appalling, they have taken 15 days to send out my product , still havnt even received my tracking number! When I emailed them they were rude with their responses , didn’t even apologise or try and understand my frustration , just insisted that I understand theirs. Then took to Instagram to blast their “rude” customers. Followed up by telling me I should have read their policies , which I did and No where did they state that they do not refund due to change of mind. Be wary about emailing them as they like to post customer emails on their social media and don’t block out personal details. Which I’m sure is a breach of consumer rights.

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.
